“The Mycube safe is a perfect addition to my living space. It provides excellent protection for my belongings and fits in with the aesthetic of my home. If I had one critique it would be that the mat for the bottom of the internal portion of the safe could be sturdier. I ended up gluing it to a piece of cardboard to provide a leveled solid bottom. That is the only reason I did not give the safe 5 stars.”

“Everything was fine and I enjoy the safe. I was disspointed that I was sent a charger for the battery with a Micro USB connector, when the battery requires a USB C connector. Fortunately I have other USB C connector chargers so this is minor.”

“Great looking safe, well built. The prices that come with are a bit hard to understand, a suction cup? In the right side of the key panel a changing port? No cable”

Thanks for your review. The suction cup can help remove the keyhole cover if you ever need to use the key. You can also see in the video here: https://vimeo.com/764785863 The port is for using an external power pack to charge the keypad to deliver power if the batteries run out and you don't have your key. We don't supply the external power pack.

“The safe is perfect for our needs but the finger sensor does not always work. Having said the the combination lock on the safe is a good alternative”

“My Safe is a wonderfully secure place to keep treasures that have importance to me. It is a good size to install in most locations. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is because the light does not stay on long enough for me to look at and sort through things. Other than that I am very pleased. Wry good customer service.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The light stays on for as long as it does to prevent the batteries from running out too quickly. This is a preventative measure we take to make sure that the battery life is extended as long as possible to prevent needing to change the batteries too frequently. There are motion sensor lights that can be added to the interior of the safe that are rechargeable - we are happy to recommend some to you which would address the light staying on longer. “Liking it so far, blends in well with where it is located. Fingerprint i.d. sometimes needs to be tried twice to get recognition, passcode always works. I'll probably try to add the same fingerprint as a second one to see if that gets it every time. Great customer service!”

“Easy transaction and shipping experience. One star deducted because I was dissatisfied that there was not an installation video on the website for the model of safe that I purchased (and that the installation process overall was much more difficult than anticipated).”

“It is great to have a safe place to put important items. The finger print scanner does not always work even though I have entered my prints multiple times. It will work for a while then stop. That defeats the purpose of paying extra for that ability. All in all, I am happy with the cube-safe and found Scott responsive when addressing issues.”

“Seems like a solid product so far. A little lighter than I anticipated but I understand that these have to be mailed. Walls of the safe seem a little thin but the door seems very solid. I like the key pad entry with both the fingerprint and code options. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would recommend.”
