Disappointed that other top I ordered was out of stock, it was available when I ordered several days before. If I had been notified I would have purchased something else instead of paying $7.95 postage for a $20 top!

It’s beautiful but far to big an I’ve been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks to do an exchange but have no answer. Tried emailing both email address, calling, Instagram message and also Facebook. Also I ordered a 12 not 16

I purchased 2 bags on sale from this store. On arrival, one was damaged - a large cut or scratch in the leather like material, consistent with a Stanley knife or such. I emailed twice and rang (left a message) to inquire about returning. After at least a week I received a response from Melissa with a return label. The bag has been returned however I received an email saying that it wasn’t a scratch and that she cleaned it with jif. It was most definitely a large scratch. I just noticed that she has also short changed me $7.95 on my refund - I am assuming that she has kept the return postage. I am really disappointed about the service and would not buy from this store again. Buyer beware!!!

Whilst this is lovely dress it looked absolutely awful on me so one I definitely won't be able to wear however that's the risk of online shopping

I ordered and paid for two tee shirts, only one arrived. After contacting the company via email I was told they would post another out. That was weeks ago, and the shirt hasn't arrived. They are now not responding to emails or voicemails. Very disappointed, I am trying to get a refund through my credit card provider.

They have the worse customer service ever. It took nearly 2 weeks to received the item I ordered. As soon as I got it I packed it up to return as it was hideous. It said I would find a return sticker in the package but no there was not. I followed the steps on the website and that did not work either. I made my own label and paid $9 to return. I emailed them once again an still nothing except an email for me to review .
