When COVID hit my flight on Korean I booked through them was cancelled. My holidays would not refund the ticket, even though Korean gave the option. They would only give me a voucher for the next 3 months, fully knowing I would not be able to use it. Don't use them.

It's been a month I'm chasing for my refund. Bloody scammer they have already deducted 70% of amount from the actual price without any justification. And now taking ages to refund my money. These guys have no integrity, they are running this company by stealing money from customers.

I booked a flight though myholidays and during booking it said that the baggage policy is a CheckIn up to 25kg/person already included and 7kg Cabin bag. When my E-ticket came, it says there is 0kg CheckIn baggage. I especially booked with this company, because of the CheckIn baggage. I reached back to them through customer service to resolve this issue and they sent me new E-ticket saying I have a checked in baggage. And when I came to the airport with this printed ticket showing 25kg checked in lagguage to drop off my baggage, they told me that I have no checked in lagguage, because my booking company didn’t pay for that. It caused me a lot of stress at the airport eventhough I tried to resolve this issue with them, right after I bought the flight ticket. I originally bought my flight ticket with this company, eventhough it was more expensive than other booking companies because of the checked in lagguage. I ended up paying for my suitcase at the airport. I was very unsatisfied with their service. I tried reaching back to them and try to get a refund, and they made me send them a receipt for the baggage and they just keep promising that I will get a refund multiple times, but it’s been 4 months without a reply! I am very angry, it caused me a lot of stress and I will never ever book with this company again!

Worst worst.. Best Scammer.. Failed to refund my flight tickets which was cancelled by the Airlines. We ppl must report them as scammer.

Really terrible experience They literally loot you by saying something and charging every penny. I recommend not to avail their service They said refund would be there and gave me 70 dh for 800 dh ticket

this is THE WORST COMPANY in my life in which I have dealt. never contact her !!! never! this is the most irresponsible company in which no one cares about you. They changed my tickets 3 times for me, and then when I had to fly home, they did not warn me that the flights were canceled, and when I turned to them for help, they said that these were not their problems and that I had to solve them myself. I repeat again - THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY from which you can buy tickets. they also completely refused to compensate me for anything

Pretty bad a true nightmare tge worst the customer service gave me anxiety attack was the worst nightmare ever nothing was accomplished I don't know if they re India or quatar are they have no idea what we r saying and unfortunately the language barrier they can't understand you requesting a simple request

They stole my money . Don't waist your money guys i have proof of that .please dont trust them they will disapear after they rape you.i got a ticket over 1000 $from jfk to Morocco. The flight was canceled because of lockdown. I asked refund . They said air france didnt refund . A called them they say your agency which is this site of toilette they dont wanna process because my ticket was in sale they pursached it .and sold it to me . So please warn you dont do it .im trying to takethem to the court becaise of that . I will not let it go just the way they want

This is Scan,this is Scan ,this is Scan I made my booking and paid for if I had to change the flight and when I wanted to change the phone that it says on its website to call it always gives a failed call and when you write an email they answer you the automated system I lost my money with these people they are scammers

MyHolidays would not refund monies paid for a flight. I had to cancel due to the Covid pandemic. I’m 74 and have a heart condition. Please note that Spirit Airline gave me a complete credit for the flight cost, but MyHolidays would not refund the booking cost, which was more than the cost of the flight!

Negative stars! We purchased tickets for our trip to PR. Got a “flight details” email and the next day they asked for an additional $80. Which we paid for.My boyfriend tried to reach out and no One answer the phone or emails. Then they sent an email saying we would be refunded in 7-10 business days. I decided to call my bank and was fully refunded. You can fight with my bank but i don’t play about my money.

Such a pathetic service given by My holidays. i miss the flight and wanted to reschedule my flight ticket and they said no cannot either refund or change the ticket. i will make sure to comment the same on emirates airline about my holiday and i also make sure to pass this other agencies and airline about my holidays. you people are bluffing the clients and very rude staff not helpful at all.

booked a flight for 425$, received email that everything is fine and i will get my tickets shortly, after received another email that I have to pay extra 87$, I refused, they sent me another email that they will hold fee 49$. I contact my bank. scammers.

Made a booking to Capetown from OR Tambo to fly via Mango Airlines... on checking in there was no booking in my name... only to find out to be scammed by this agency. Please stay away big time SCAMMERS.......

I bought tickets. After that, I had a call from my holidays they said that price rise to 230$. And I should pay if I want these tickets. I say that I want a return and don't want to buy a ticket. They returned my money back.

Don't do business with Myholidays.com! I have called on the same day of my ticket purchase to cancel it. First the agent said there will be a $30 per person fee, then they said a $15 per person fee and then no fee. Then I got a call back saying that no refund is possible and I have to call United Airlines, a company that never received any payment directly from me, and ask THEM for a refund. By law, any company gives a 24 hour grace period for cancellations, without a fee. By Myholidays.com company policy, which anyone can find on their website it also states that a customer can cancel within the 24 hour period for a refund, NO CANCELATION FEE IS MENTIONED. I am very disappointed since this was my first time using this company for ticket purchases. Not to mention after I bought the tickets I got a call back saying the price has changed and now I have to pay more, which should have been a red flag to me. Horrible customer service with employees raising their voices at me and my boyfriend, now they blocked my number because I had tried reaching the office and was told "You will receive a call back." Never received it, called from a different number and they answered right away. I should have checked all these negative reviews beforehand.

I booked and paid for 2 return tickets on line. Covid-19 struck, the event I was traveling to was cancelled. I emailed myholidays and cancelled my bookings giving almost 2 months notice. When I did not hear anything further from them regarding refund/credit I contacted them again. As the days went by with back and forward emails to myholidays the booking date had passed after which I contacted Virgin, and discovered myholidays did not cancel my bookings and I was regarded as a "no show". myholidays refused to give me credits. DO NOT deal with myholidays, they are dishonest and will take your money and give you nothing. They are not an accredited agent with ATAS which leaves Australians without any come back. I believe they are an agency based in Qatar, Middle East and on their e-ticket they have a Sydney phone number connected to an answering machine at all hours of the day and night so they are uncontactable.

Yes MyHolidays is a scam. I just booked a business class ticket on Singapore air and when I checked the booking on the Singapore web site they booked it as an economy ticket. I double checked my receipt email and it says business class. I will be filing a credit card dispute. Do not book with these people.
