“Terrible service been waiting a week for a delivery and they have given no valid reason why, I have wasted money going to the shops buying food to bridge the gap till it arrives. Will not be buying from them again and would not recommend unless you want your pet to starve”

“I placed a order for wet cat food on a Monday and I also paid for next day delivery. I messaged on Wednesday evening to see if my order was on the way and i was told it would get to me by Friday. I asked the online chat person (Sal) to cancel the order. He told me to email info@myhungrypet.co.uk to cancel my order to get a refund. Instead my order was still delivered.”

“I ordered dog coat, but was too big. So want to send it back for a refund as no label with it emailed for return labelbut they said they couldn’t do this. I emailed again to say that on their website they say that they do this. Have had no reply to my latest email. I need this sorting out!”
