Unfortunately, as usual, Australia Post, did not take the undelivered items to the nearest post office (about 1.7km) but took them to a post office some 7.9 km away. I had to wait over 15 minutes in the queue. The post office is in the middle of an industrial area, some 5km from the nearest residential area.”
“Really happy with my first purchase. Love that they sell sheet sets for a split king!! I ordered sheets, mattress protectors, a doona and doona cover, which arrived so quickly. Love it all. The only issue is that the doona cover leaves fluff everywhere, even after being washed - it looks beautiful though!”
“I ordered a teal European pillowcase, it looked shiny in the photos like it was made from a satin or such material but was actually a poly velvet. It is a lovely shade of rich, deep teal but a little disappointed that the Web photos looked like a different material. Beside that, it is lovely and feels very cosy with what looks like a coral fleece on the reverse. Postage time average.”

“My Linen delivers promptly. I purchased Logan and Mason pillow cases. The fabric is excellent 400 TC cotton sateen, however seams on two of the pillowcases were not finished and come undone on a pre-use wash I had to resew them. Because I like the fabric so much, next time I purchase I will be checking the seams to make sure they are secure *before* washing.”
“Had a glitch during payment. Would not accept Aussie credit and delivery in Australia, because I was outside Australia trying to order. Only way payment would be accepted was through Paypal. Other than that replies to my emails to help rectify payment problem was fast and was very happy with delivery efficiency and communication.”

“We're happy with the bundle we ordered for our split king bed. The 50cm sided fitted sheets stay in place on the 30cm mattress. The super king top sheet tucks in down the sides of the bed. This is the first set of linen that actually fits our bed and stays in place. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but it did get here eventually.”
