“ I bought a couple standard My Pillows a while back and LOVED them recently I saw them on sale and purchased 2 more They were HORRIBLE! NO STUFFING 👎You put them on sale half price with half the stuffing SHAME on you ! ”

“ I needed to cancel an order placed with My Pillow. They claimed it was canceled and refunded. The refund never showed up on my account. I explained I had never received the refund, and they insisted they had already given it, and told me to talk to my bank. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card because My Pillow would not issue the refund. Will not order from them again. ”

“ Ordered 2 pillows on February 9th. They said it would take 10 to 14 days and just now received notice they shipped it. Today is March First and Post Office hasn't picked it up yet. Good product but shipping sucks, they should refund shipping cost of it take this long. Never shopping here again. ”

I know over time, it is not as firm so I just took an older pillowcase and sewed it smaller to make the pillow firmer as suggested when I bought that first MyPillow. Now 15 years later and many other pillows I have invested in, I decided to order 3 more MyPillows. Still waiting for them to be shipped: that was 17 days ago and still waiting! Customer service sucks!!! 17 days and My Pillows are still "processing"!! ”
