Ordered 2 pillows on February 9th. They said it would take 10 to 14 days and just now received notice they shipped it.
Today is March First and Post Office hasn't picked it up yet.
Good product but shipping sucks, they should refund shipping cost of it take this long.
Never shopping here again.

I purchased a body pillow from the company MyPillow based on the description and the satisfaction guarantee. Turns out it's not really a pillow; it is a cloth bag with loose particles that move around. My wife has emailed several times about the problem. They were supposed to send a RMA label, but have not. We've repeatedly asked for a refund or an actual pillow. They're tactic now is to just ignore us.

I bought a MyPillow 15 years ago. Best pillow ever! I know over time, it is not as firm so I just took an older pillowcase and sewed it smaller to make the pillow firmer as suggested when I bought that first MyPillow. Now 15 years later and many other pillows I have invested in, I decided to order 3 more MyPillows. Still waiting for them to be shipped: that was 17 days ago and still waiting!
Customer service sucks!!!
17 days and My Pillows are still "processing"!!

My Pillow never made me happy due to the headaches of sleeping on the Firm pillow. It has never gave me a good night's sleep. I feel Customer service never offered an alternative. Just a Lost in money.
