“ placed 2 orders almost 2 weeks ago. Gone well past delivery due date. customer service are useless. tried contacting them repeatedly, keep asking for every bit of information (name, address, email etc) and get asked it all over again. have sent the order number that all my details are attached to but still not enough. almost 150 worth of stuff and cant even find out where it is ”
