“I changed my mobile phone number and entered it to mytello. Now everytime When I try to make a phone call it connects with my old number saying "no contact under this number, please contact your provider" I could not find out how I can delete my old phone number😩 not even under " my personal account". therefore mytello has become useless. However it worked fine with my first (old) phone number.”

“Mit Mytello kann man weltweit zu sehr günstigen Preisen telefonieren. Am Anfang hatte ich ein paar Anlaufschwierigkeiten wegen meiner Skype Festnetznummer, die ich bei Mytello registrieren liess und von der aus ich die Anrufe tätigen wollte. Das Problem war, dass meine Handynummer und nicht die registrierte Festnetznummer angezeigt wurde. Herr Bauer vom Support half mir jedoch spät am Abend noch innerhalb von Minuten, das Problem mit mehreren Optionen zu lösen. Ich schickte mehrere Emails an dem Abend an den Support und erhielt jedesmal nach spätestens 5 Minuten eine hilfreiche Antwort. Da ich jetzt ohne Probleme überall in der Welt sehr günstig anrufen kann und der Support von Mytello sogar Riesenkonzerne wie Amazon in den Schatten stellt, nutzte ich den Dienst sehr gerne weiter und empfehle ihn jedem, der günstig ins Ausland telefonieren möchte. Das Aufladen von Guthaben ist kinderleicht und man kann sofort telefonieren. Ich würde 10 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. TOP! TOP! TOP!”
