“Ich telefoniere mit mytello nach Sri Lanka. Die Gesprächsminute ist wirklich günstig. Leider ist die Verbindung nicht immer von gleich guter Qualität. Der Kundendienst von mytello ist hervorragend, prompt und freundlich. Ich bin froh um diese günstige Möglichkrit, meine Freunde in Sri Lanka jederzeit zu erreichen.”

“Positive points: - very cheap rates indeed - easy to use - quick to top-up and quick to add new numbers - clear conversation sound Negative point: The connection gets unexpectedly broken regularly during longer calls This is annoying when calling a support desk overseas. These desks work with a queue before being assigned to an actual person. It happened to me twice after waiting for 10+ minutes in the queue: I got disconnected just after explaining my issue. Then have to call back, queue again and explain the issue to another person and hope not getting disconnected again...”

“Hallo, ich bin erst seit, knapp einer Woche Kunde bei mytello . Alles hat von Anbeginn gut geklappt. Nur am dritten Tag, gab es eine Systemstörung. Da Samstag Nachmittag war, hatte ich erst Bedenken, ob da überhaupt Jemand da ist. Ich habe eine Mail gesendet - und nach ca. 30 min. kam die Antwort von Hr. Martin Bauer. Es musste ein neues Routing eingestellt werden. Die Kosten meiner Anrufe (die nicht funktionierten) wurden von Hr. Bauer gelöscht ! Nun funktioniert Alles. Toller Service; kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen. Gruß Werner”
