“Website is not user-friendly. I can not see the calls I made and for how many minutes my calls were either. I put "call history" in -search bar/box-, clicked enter, but nothing happened. Live Chat does NOT work either, because it sends an email.”

Hi Vince, I'm sorry that you didn't found it. Its directly in the customer area in the menu point "calls" you call find all your calls, duration and cost for each call. Our live chat is not online 24x7 but we always responde to emails within a few hours. Martin

“Ich finde Mytello eine gute und günstige Alternative um Gespräche ins Ausland zu führen. Da ich einige Fragen hatte, wurde mir prompt und höflich per Mail geantwortet. Kein unendlich langes Warten am Telefon... Empfehlenswert!”

“Ich nutze mytello seit ca. 3 Monaten und ich kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen. Ich telefoniere damit aus der Schweiz nach Bosnien und Kroatien. Ist eine wirklich gute Alternative zu den üblichen Telefonanbietern.”
