“I have just moved into my flat. I noticed from the off the flat was not professionally cleaned but I was glad to see that the clerk I met picked up on this and wrote this in his notes, he ran through the major points and explained the process really well. I have received the report 2 days after moving in and I can say all the issues I had with the flat have already been noted so it was a really quick process to approve. I hope to get a similar service in the future!”

“I found these guys through google as they seemed local to my property in Uxbridge. They helped me by booking me in a last minute slot and were very accommodating. The inventory was received quickly through a link to my email and had a lot of detail. I was keen on getting a lot of pictures as I had recently refurbished the property, the team at Mytoor did not disappoint as they provided over 200 images on my 2 bed flat. I like to always use a trusted supplier when outsourcing any services, and seeing as they were listed on AIIC was great as I knew I would be getting a good service.”

“Easy process, no issues with the report. I was on holiday when the report automatically approved, however I was able to contact Mytoor about my situation and they liaised with my agent and provided me with an extension to submit the small feedback I had. Thanks again for sorting this out for me.”

“The clerk I met at the property was very polite and patient as I had a lot of questions to ask. He ran through the property with me, once I received the report I was happy to see everything had been noted as we discussed & I did not need to make any changes. Very happy with the level of service, thank you.”

“This is my first experience of an inventory service and I have been very impressed. Mani talked me through the process and was very thorough, I added a couple of things to the report that couldn’t be noticed without taking things apart or getting up a ladder but everything else was noted in good detail. There has always been someone available at the end of phone which is quite rare these days and I have been spoken to politely and clearly and any queries have been dealt with immediately.”
