“Very poor shipping and delivery management.
The package was never delivered but the 50€ were well debited on my bank account.
Their package never made it to my place, no one asked me to give a phone number for the delivery and no one left me a note. Whoever their delivery service is in Germany, is very poor.
As packages delivery in Germany is generally bad, this is not my point.
The worst with Nalai & Co is their horrendous customer service, their arrogance and i-don't-care attitude.
Not only did they took my 50€, got their products back, but they never bothered PAYING ME BACK.
This is fraud, theft, I have asked them countless times to provide me for a proof of transfer, and now almost two months later, neither do they provide proof of transfer, nor do they pay me back - and worse, they do not even answer anymore!
They are not even afraid of a business lawsuit: they do not answer, and do not pay back.
Do not purchase anything with them, they are thieves!”
“I ordered two front crossing bras, they are hopeless. Too small in the cup and way too big in the shoulders. I only tried one on and asked about a refund, I was told no refunds are available. I wish I had of read the reviews first. The product is nothing like it is advertised, so completely false and wrong. Is it fraudulent.”
“I ordered a pair of compfortable sandals, the first pair sent was ok. I ordered a second pair for my mom they sent 1 size 7 left foot the right foot was a size 10. really do you know how much bigger a 10 is from a 7”

“This company is awful. I returned an order and was told they couldn’t process a refund because there was no tracking number. It was very expensive to return the product and adding tracking would have been even more expensive. I’m sure they are counting on no one wanting to spend the money to return their awful product. The product was nothing like it was advertised. Do yourself a favor and sat away from this crooked company. I agree with another review, I would have given zero stars if that was possible.”
“WARNING do not use this company. If there was a NO STAR I would have chosen it! They have quite a racket going. They ship terrible products and they will not give refunds. Unless you pay to ship it back..I can only imagine what that would cost. Plus there wasn’t a guarantee that they would actually give me my money back. The bra wasn’t anything like the ad...I won’t even give these to charity, garbage is the only place for them. They promised me 25% back and I could keep the product. So $15 out of $60, but with the rate exchange I ended up with $7.48. Be Leary!!”
“Customer service has an ok response time. Delivery time was horrible Item was ordered on 8/8 and was supposed to be shipped out by 8/11 and was shipped out a week later from the order date. I emailed them asking for an update on 8/13 and they still didn't ship it out until 8/15. Overall the customer exp has been horrible and I will never order from them again.”
“Purchased cross front bra. Terrible product. Size chart is way off base. Product is not made the same as photos. The side seem is almost half of the material shown in pic. No support. Terrible company. No returns due to a bra having hygiene issues??? It isn’t a pair of underwear. Don’t waste your money on this scam. “I wish i wouldve seen all of these reviews before I purchased their supposed cross support bra. I followed THEIR size chart and what they sent me was too small. I tried calling customer service first, and the number listed on google is not in service. Email is the only form of contact and theyll just reply "Hi Dear, We are sorry, we do not offer return, exchange kr refund for bra, leggins or shapewear". The bra was never worn and still in its original package with my request for exchage done immediately after delivery. I cant believe they werent even willing to do an exchange for the correct size!! Beside it taking 2 weeks to receive...since they advertise as an American company and the item ships from China, the material is cheap and nothing close to worth the price. Dont be fooled by the Pinterest advertisement! The quality is simply garbage. In fact, it blows my mind that Pinterest allows this fraudulent marketing on their site. Im a full figured woman who expects quality fabric, materials and support like any thin woman would, but more than anything, I expect them to deliver on what they advertise. This is a true scam so dont waste your money! Youll regret it!”

“I recently purchased the cross bra, I am very dissatisfied with the product, it’s fits very uncomfortable, and cheaply made fabric is cheap as well, not with the money at all, I asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds or exchanges, so YES I wasted $20 for a cheap product that does not fit at all... it dies not hold a form... absolut misleading advertisement!!! People ! BEWARE ! Of this company!! product is nothing like the description!!!
