“I received my order and was disappointed in the quality, poor fit, and construction of the Front Cross Adjustable Side Buckle Lace Bra. So I requested a refund to the credit card that I used to purchase the item. Withing an hour I received the following email:

When I contacted the company about returning the item, they offered me 20% of what I paid and said I could keep the product. What good does that do me when the shoes do not fit. I told them I would like a full refund and they offered me an address in China to return the shoes. By the time I go through the shipping, it will be more than I paid for the shoes. “First, they falsely advertised shoes stating they correct bunions. However, the product is so flimsy and poorly constructed that it doesn't even fit properly to correct anything. This product is a scam, and when I emailed them about it they initially only offered 20% refund or a full refund if I sent to product back to China. The shipping costs more than the product. When I complained, they only gave me a 50% refund. This is not my fault and they falsely advertised the what the product can do, so I should not have to pay for shipping and should receive a full refund. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. “First of all I would like to say that I left a negative review on their website and IT NEVER SHOWED UP! No wonder they only have 5 positive reviews and not a negative one for the bra I purchased.
I Purchased two side buckle bra's and they are HORRIBLE. Cheap garbage and they would not refund my money, not even for the one that was never opened which they know it wasn't because they asked for pictures. Their answer was "Due to our sudden policy change, we are unable to refund your money."

“I had placed order for Ceramic Car Coating Bottle on 13th Nov 2018. They charged US$19.99 on my card. Initially, their condition of delivery was 3/4 weeks. I wrote series of letter since Jan 2019. And guess what, no reply or no refund yet. As a customer, we shouldn't trust this company. “Absolutely horrible, “roses” came wrapped in a tight green bubble wrap, it looked just like a styrofoam ball with fake roses all from the dollar store. No nice case as advertised. I was actually ashamed I spend $50. For this and my wife was happy while she was expecting it.. I want a refun!”
