“Unfortunately, my labels arrived damaged in the post. The corner of the envelope was ripped along with the contents.”

We are really sorry your labels arrived damaged; we make every effort to package our labels in a secure way - they are packed in plastic wallets within the envelope - but occasionally things do get damaged in the post. We are sending a replacement pack out and hope these arrive safely this time.

“These are great labels which I have used on my daughter's clothes, cups and toys which she takes to Nursery. The labels on clothes can last through a hot wash and the labels on cups have lasted through the dishwasher (for the last two years). The labels are soft and therefore do not irritate/rub on the skin. I have even cut them in half for items where I preferred her first name only to be on show. I have ordered more as she starts school in September.”

I use them on everything - clothes, water bottles, lunch boxes - and have always been impressed by just how resilient they are. They take seconds to apply and seem to last forever!
