“2 weeks into the school term and they’re peeling off. I’ve also only washed the uniform twice as I bought surplus amount so I wasn’t washing all week. Followed the instructions correctly to ensure optimum use, stuck to the labels, but not fit for purpose”

“I bought some of these a couple of years ago and they were great, but this latest are rubbish. They dont stick for long. I’ve found them in the drum of my washing machine and on my floors. Not impressed.”

“Labels arrived really quickly, good. Attached to garments as per instructions, good. Then washed garments and the labels fell off, NOT good. Sadly a complete waste of time and my money, certainly not the cheapest on the market. VERY disappointed.”

“The labels have come off after washing, and the ones that have stayed on have worn away and I can't see the writing. He has been at school for 7 days. Highly disappointed especially when they were £6.50”

“I have just come to washing my children's school uniform at the end of there first week back to school and all stickin labels have fallen off!!!! I brought these lables as school recommended them. I have 3 children I perchaused lables for so this wasn't adsactly cheap. Not a happy customer. Mrs Berry”

“To be honest I can't really review the labels as I haven't got them yet. For some unfathomable reason they need to be signed for on delivery. Not sure why as they aren't exactly a high value item and they are small enough to be put through a letterbox. Like most people I work so wasn't in when postman arrived. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to get to the sorting office in the next town and their opening hours are really restrictive. It's annoying and unnecessary to require a signature for a low value item that can be posted through a letterbox.”

This is very puzzling for us, as our labels have been rigorously tested in a laboratory using the BS EN ISO6330 wash test procedure for 40 washes at 40 degrees and it is highly unusual for them to fail. We're sorry to hear that your labels have not arrived. They were despatched on 8th September by first class Royal Mail's "Signed For" service which can take several days to reach the destination. Having checked their website this morning it does appear that your labels are lost somewhere in the system. Please contact us for the tracking number and to confirm that we have your correct address so we can rectify this situation quickly.
