We're sorry to hear you have had a problem with your name labels. We have been supplying this type of label for over 12 years with many millions of labels being ordered and used without any problems. “I love these - so much quicker than ironing on (I used to melt them!) or even worse, sweing them on!! It's instant and they really do stick. We have labels still stuck to drinks bottles that we put on a year ago even though they've been through the dishwasher umpteen times.”

“Much better than ironing on all those labels. Handy to have a stock for trips with Scouts etc too ! The were sent next day delivery as promised, which is great if you leave it a bit late. I have had these before and they wash well on clothing. If you put them in the bottom of a shoe the name wears off, but the company do say to put them in the side of a shoe.”
