“The labels look great but unfortunately I have received one set of normal white ones and one set of silver - I didn't mean to get silver labels and there's a note in them saying they're not suitable for clothing - this is infuriating as that's the reason I bought them. Either I have been sent the wrong labels or I have managed to order something by accident - I have 2 children and thought I was ordering the white lables for both.”

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. You're quite correct that the silver labels you ordered for one of your children are not recommended for use in clothing; as is stated on the website, it is the white ones which have been developed and fully tested for this purpose.

“good quality but found it hard to order two types of label at same time, website kept defaulting so where I thought I had ordered silver and stikins in fact I had ordered 2 packs of silver which was annoying!”
