We are really sorry to hear that you are having problems with your name labels. This happens in a very small percentage of cases and we believe it is to do with a combination of water quality and washing powder, but have not been able to pin down the exact cause. For the vast majority of our customers the labels work perfectly, with many people ordering again and again. For the small number who do experience problems we are happy to offer a full refund; all we ask is that you return the labels to us (or as many as you can).

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We've had a look at what you put on your label, and the second line had quite a lot of information on it. Our software is programmed to make the font as big as possible; in the past we have tried using different sized fonts on the two lines but the results were not satisfactory. For future reference, if you're concerned that the print won't be big enough you can always call us to discuss your requirements.

“I have re-ordered Stikins to use in a care home, for an elderly relative's clothes and possessions . They are so easy to use and can be used on everything - even items of food. It's a great product and the service is excellent - ordered on Thursday evening and received them on Saturday.”

“Use these labels for clothes washed in industrial machines in a care home so they take some punishment with no concerns on the first batch we've used. Being self adhesive they are easily attached in the home so sizes can be checked at the home before the name label is attached on site.”
