“They have the selection for next day delivery with extra pay (written need order before 3pm). Next day, they told me their cut off time is 1pm (I order at 1:44pm). So, is it scam for the extra paid? Different information and process time provide, no reply after I deal with them. Try to avoid responsibility. Bad attitude of business.”

“I’m using nano STIX When it’s smoking it causes a heavy cough. When it come to the end of the cartridge the problem is higher. DO NOT Recommend.”

“Nanostix Neo V2 Purchased this for the first time, after seeing this brand commonly known for. Tried with the first flavor: 0% taste & stress at the throat. Tried 2nd flavor: Same. 3rd flavor: Same. NO FLAVOR AT ALL! My conclusion: This is by far the worse vape pod I've ever experienced. DO NOT BUY THIS. EVER. PERIOD.”

“I ordered my pods on the 2nd of Feb and it's the 17th now and I still haven't received them. Two weeks is quite some time even with standard delivery”

“I ordered it on 26th January and I did not receive it. I have called royal mail and they told me that the parcel was lost. Now, what made me disappointed with Nanostix was that I have emailed them multiple times regarding the lost parcel and I have yet to hear a response from them. I do not recommend them as they do not respond to your queries at all. Terrible customer service!”

“I purchased 9 boxes of the 1.7% mango ice pods, they sent me 9 boxes of the 5%. I paid £10 for next day delivery, it arrived the next day and also had the address at the back of the envelope which said Hartington Street and there was no stamp. So, someone had walked from an address 2 minutes away from my address to deliver my items which costed £10. I am very upset about this and I hope they can refund the delivery charge I paid.”

“I haven't received my order and I'm now faced with trying not to buy tobacco again after a month! I think I'll simply buy a vaporiser that I don't have to rely on delivery and can buy refills in local vape stores, online only is the problem with this product!”
