“I have ordered from nasty gal so many times, they’re like a bad ex that I keep returning to. They’re clothes are cute and are usually what they say they are but the shipping is so horrible. It’s like you’re in limbo if something is stuck because, as others have said, they’re customer service sucks. I tried to change my shipping address THE SECOND after I ordered clothes and they said “nope sorry we don’t do that”… like babe I just sent that order? I know you’re not shipping it yet because I get them 10 days later. I finally deleted the app off my phone and said no more, it’s not worth the gamble of getting your clothes when you need.”

“Some things were fine, but other items were completely discolored. They were pictured as nearly white or white on the website and when I received them, they were a hardcore tan color. Everything was darker than what was pictured, they use a filter for their photos and it's awful, completely misleading.”

“One of my favorite places to shop until recently. this was my go-to store for a long time now for shoes. However, if you're a short girl like me and have small feet, this place has gone downhill on its sizing. I have had to send back three pairs of cute shoes because their size 6 looks like a size 8 in US size! So bummed out that I cant order from this website anymore for shoes.”

“A lot of their items looked fantastic on their website, but when they arrived in person, they were poorly made, had different sizing, and overall were unflattering. The clothing frequently looked nothing like their photos, and it was disappointing to get them in person. The shipping was fine, especially since it's during a pandemic, but the quality of the clothing itself was subpar.”

“I used to love ordering from here.. everything always arrives pretty quickly and I have some really cute pieces from them.. the issue is that lately everything I order looks great on the website but is super cheap upon arrival.. like sloppy seams and buttons falling off and see through material when it isn’t supposed to be see through, colours that don’t match what I ordered on the site... I ordered a dress that looked amazing on the model and when it arrived it was so incredibly cheap and seemed like it was sewn really quickly with threading poking out and it was just absolutely horrible looking. I also ordered a skirt and again the threading was coming loose in areas and it was sewn horribly which made the waistline bulge out. I ordered a dark red top and when it arrived it was like a a bright orange-ish tomato colour. Also ordered a top in my usual size, again the seams were all messed up with bad sewing and the arms were very short.. felt like it wasn’t made right, like putting a shirt on backwards and you can feel that it isn’t right but the short wasn’t on backwards. Disappointing because I love the style but I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Also what is with the name? If someone asked me where I bought my clothes I would be too embarrassed to say ‘nasty gal,’”

“I have made 2 orders from Nasty Gal. The first was randomly cancelled by the company due to my items actually being “out of stock” well I checked the website for weeks after that purchase and to this day all items I purchased that they claimed were “out of stock” are still available in my size/colors. In addition I was not reimbursed my shipping costs even though the package never even shipped out. I stupidly decided to try again and make another order, I bought 6 day shipping and we are now sitting at 15 days later and my tracking hasn’t moved past the creation of the label. So major shipping problems and lack of credibility. If you are okay with waiting about a month plus for an order when you purchased 6 day shipping then good for you. If you are okay with making a purchase and then the company cancelling that order randomly and sill charging you shipping charges then you are better than me .”

“Takes way way longer to ship than said. Clothes are great but it definitely took over 3 weeks to arrive, and shipping says it cleared customs in Jamaica? Not sure what that’s about considering they are based in Los Angeles”

“I have received nice clothes from here but I have to say the ads and commercials show the most hideous clothes you could find from them.they need to show better stuff because even the ads make me not want to ever check it out again.my friends who see the commercials wouldn't even give it a chance just based on what they see there.”

“I've been buying clothes from NastyGal for years because it's exactly up my alley style-wise. The quality of their clothing has gotten a lot worse over the years. I heard the reason is because the company was sold. Buying clothes from them is kind of a crapshoot- half the time it turns out well, half of the time it doesn't. Their shoes are pretty good, but be prepared for flimsy fabric and poorly constructed clothing.”

“Don’t buy from Nasty Gal. It’s the type of brand that looks great online but when you get it in person you see how cheap it actually is. I was so exited for my order only to receive clothes with loose seams, cheap ass fabric, and ill fitting in certain areas. The clothes look pretty, and that’s it. As a size XS, only the sweatpants fit around my waist, but the fabric was cheap polyester. The dress I ordered was tight in the armpits and was missing seams. I won’t even go into the cheapness of the jeans. I’m so glad I didn’t order shoes. Well, back to Urban Outfitters.”

“Quality is not good! All items look super cheap, shoes had a horrible plastic/chemical smell. Sizing is off; my size 8 T-shirt is too big even for my boyfriend. Even at 60% off I feel like I overpaid. Will not order again!”

“Delivery was late and the package arrived torn open with one of the clothing items exposed and stained. Aside from that, he clothing was made out of very poor quality fabric. Snap buttons didn't fit each other and loose threads hanging out of seams.”

“I just received my order and to say I’m unimpressed would be an understatement. The shoes were fine, all the shirts I ordered are so thin they’re see through, the skirts are see through, the dresses are so short I can’t move and one of them was so cheaply made I though I was sent crappy sheets. Don’t recommend.”

“Very cheap and returns are normal. However, the clothes don’t fit true to size and some of the items in my package were different colors altogether. I wouldn’t recommend this brand, maybe stick to another store.”

“I've ordered off this site a few times now and I do like it and costumer service had responded quickly but this last time has been unpleasant. The first attempt at this order I was sent the right boot in about 4 sizes too big so I took the money loss (sending them back is a hassle and id be paying out of pocket for the return and losing out on money anyway) I re-ordered the same boots as they came back in stock in my size along with another pair so I paid for express shipping to get them here quickly, the order was on time however, only one of the two boots were correct. The boot I was originally trying to re-order was a completely different boot in the box, I checked online and it said that it is now out of stock, so I'm assuming the warehouse out there is a complete mess or when filling the order they realized the item was out and instead of contacting me to tell me they decided to try and send a boot I didn't order, I'm now being asked to send the boot that THEY sent me back (which i'll have to pay out of pocket to return and now be out over 100 dollars because of their mistake) in order to get my refund.”

“I was super excited to receive my package, it came in time. Unfortunately my pants had 2 holes (I understand they are small but I don't want to wear new clothes with holes in the ass of it) in it so I contacted customer service to return, they rejected my return and have given me a €3.50 refund. Really disappointed was hoping to get more bits but not worth it.”

“I had order from here and the customer service for me was quite good and they responded to my emails very fast. But the VERY bad thing about them is that their quality of clothes is RUBBISH they have used very cheap materials and their sizing is completely off for joggers so I suggest you get a size bigger if you want to but them.”

“The clothes are very cute. But the quality is very poor. I bought a dress which was very cute, but there was puckering on the side seam. And also I would not recommend buying the cardigan, it's really pretty but too bad the material is really itchy.”
