“The toilet seat I ordered appeared on time but when unwrapped I noticed a hairline crack, I informed the supplier and they did not hesitate to send me another asap. Great service indeed.”

“Haven't had the installation yet, but very pleased so far. Mike was really good. Not pushy when he came out to see us and was really patient while we made our minds up! The installation date came quickly and we had some changes to the design after sleeping on it that Mike and the team were happy to accommodate.”

“Online chat with customer services was very good - the lady I spoke with helped navigate me to the right product, even sending me photos of it that weren't available on the website. The shower screen arrived on time and in good order (on a pallet not thrown into the back of a transit van). Haven't installed it yet but we have had the same product before so no worries there. Price was best online by some distance.”

“Easy to order online, very quick delivery tracked all the way, and have the option of picking a different delivery time or leaving with a neighbor, the shower looks very good quality with solid brass, would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again.”

“Gave me a very good price for both stock and ex-stock goods. Agreed on a delivery date which was altered to suit me without any problem with driver bringing goods right to my door. Goods well wrapped and loaded on a pallet. Excellent service and would certainly use them again.”

“Great prices and service. Part of the order arrived cracked (the courier had clearly stood on the box, as he’d left a footprint) however, they responded immediately and sent a replacement. Very impressed. I will use them again”

“First class shower screen. Couldn’t believe it was already assembled when it arrived. Literally, the only problem was forgetting to buy a diamond drill bit to fix side rails to tiles. Very helpful staff on the phone. I am impressed. Well done.”
