My wife and I were trying to cancel our timeshare mortgage contract. We were told the timeshare attorneys would only deal with the owners and we were referred to Nationwide Exit Specialist, Inc. by a friend of ours that Nationwide Exit specialist helped get out of their timeshare. Nationwide Exit Specialist was very professional and our case manager Joseph. We found him to be very helpful, he kept us informed and our outcome was positive. We highly recommend this consumer advocacy group. Dennis and Stephanie S******

I'm super grateful to finally be rid of my maintenance fees and mortgage. Nationwide Exit Specialist Kept there promises to get us out of our timeshare. Everything happened just the way they said it would. It was scary at first, having to pay another fee, to another company. After working with Nationwide Exit Specialist my faith in good people has been restored. Thank you again Nationwide.

We bought our timeshare over 10 years ago and only used it once. I was so glad nationwide exit specialist got us out of our timeshare within a couple of months. I thought I was never going to be able to get out of it. They were professional and did everything they said would. I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking to get out of their timeshare.

I was skeptical at first. We had lost money paying another company who promised to sell our timeshare. Our rep was patient and explained to me that this was a legal transfer back to the resort and not a sale. So with the money back guarantee in place, we took another chance. It took a little longer than expected but our Nationwide Exit Specialist did a great job and we are so relieved to be free of our timeshare! Everything they promised was done.

I was so fed up with this whole timeshare debacle! I’ve been scammed by companies claiming they were gonna sell my timeshare before, having invested over $5,000 into trying to get rid of the damn thing. Nothing ever worked, I just kept pouring more and more money into a bottomless pit. Nationwide Exit group not only got me out of my contract but they also helped recover the money I had been scammed for by the other resale company. These guys are straight up, honest and really seem to get enjoyment out of sticking it to these fraudulent resorts and resale companies. I would highly recommend them, if your sick of your timeshare situation just give Nationwide a try trust me, coming from a senior timeshare owner who’s had his fair share of run ins with little rinky-dink companies- these guys are legit.

FINALLY!!! a company that actually does what they say! Must admit we had our doubts but after working with Joseph at nationwide exit specialist for a little over a month we got papers from wyndham to sign off on and they actually took it back from us. I dont know how because we tried getting them to take it back for years, but they did they actually took it back. nationwide exit specialist said we could have got more money if we had held out for a better offer but honestly we were just happy to be rid of this timeshare after 20 years.

We thought the process went relatively well. Everyone we spoke with, were very courteous and explained things very well. We're happy with the service and well worth the price they charged. Thanks again.

After dealing with a half a dozen companies in the past to sell my timeshare and losing money with EVERY SINGLE ONE i was more than skeptical to pay another company! But what these guys told me sounded different than anything else I had already tried. Even though I was scared to pay the almost $2,000 fee they wanted I took a leap of faith and did it anyway, AND IM GLAD I DID! not only did I get out of this headache they call a timeshare but I even got most of my money back I paid for it! I would have gave 5 stars but in order to get the money from my resort they said there were legal fees I had to pay on top of the $2,000 I already paid.... I will say Chris was very sincere and understanding of my hesitation and made it clear I DID NOT have to accept there offer (but it was a REALLY GOOD OFFER). I trusted them again even with the lack of evidence I sent in another check and Low and behold IT WORKED!!! I got out of my timeshare and even got the moneys I was promised and I was happy to send Nationwide Exit the 10% after it was all done. I have already referred 3 of my friends and family to them and they are all happy i did! needless to say Nationwide is one of the good ones! thanks again guys :)

Bummed... I didn't get out of my Manhattan Club. I do take some of the responsibility, it took me two months to give them the documents they requested. Also, they did made me aware of how difficult the resort is to work with. Regardless of things not working out, Nationwide were super professional. They did honor the 180 day guarantee, and I did get a full refund. They deserve 3 stars for their efforts and professionalism. Hope this helps!

I was very happy with NWE and they did get rid of my timeshare, but they also said that we get funds from a pre-negotiated settlement once the timeshare was transferred. However, since the completion of getting rid of the timeshare, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Emily was great, but it now appears they are gone as none of their phones work and emails go unanswered. At least I think I have done better than many reviews as my timeshare is gone, but the settlement refund is not there as promised. Disappointed.

I signed up in this company in December 2018. The bank check on the bill was sent on 2 January 2018. It is already some time where I have not heard from them. Now the phones are disconnected. I feel so cheated. I do not know what to do. Is there anyone who can help in such situations. Is there anyone who knows how to contact Emily.

Nationwide Exit Specialist (NES) claims to cancel timeshare with Timeshare company(s) and get the money you paid for the timeshare refunded to you. The upfront fee to NES is "100% money back guarantee" if NES does not reach a settlement to your satisfaction. NES salesman told me they had been very successful in cancelling times shares and getting refunds for over 5 years (in fact, they opened in 2018). I was told by one rep to continue to make payments to the HOV until the account has been final transfer. I skipped traced the business owners in that county and state, can only come up with one agent name Ortiz. Well I have not been able to reach any one on there numbers to call so I skipped traced them still no answer my HOV states that someone purchased my Time Share ...I have not gotten any information on the transaction at all only from the HOV office in Wood County Texas. Is there anyone can tell me if there is a new contact number to reach these people. I will make a flight to this city and state to get my money !!!!! No one answers the phone there ...the add on the letter I received is different, I checked with the county in the area still nothing ...I'm confused ...because I paid them money to help me and now nothing at all.

After I was refered to this company by a friend who got out of there timeshare and swore up and down this company was the bomb, I gave them a shot. 2 months into the process I got a call from a man in florida who told me they had some corporation who wanted to buy my timeshare so I contacted nationwide exit and told them I needed to cancel and get my money back because I was selling my timeshare. They said they already put money and time into my case and if I wanted a full refund I would have to show them proof that I sold my timeshare after it was done or let them continue to try and get me out and if they could not they would refund me in full, only problem is I needed to give the gentlemen in florida $3,500 to cover some fees before he could sell it. The guys at Nationwide exit kept calling this guy a scam and told me he was lying but were willing to give me back 1,100 out of the $1,500 i gave them. guess its better than nothing but I just lost $400 for no reason. These guys just want money like everyone else, and when you want to cancel they will keep a chunk of yo money.

Last year I dealt with this company, at first I had blew them off. Months had past and I was contacted again, and this time they sound more convincing, so I decided to give them a try. I was dealing with Mark, Emily Joseph, and Graham. Graham was the one that really convinced me. They took me for $7695, and I felt and still feel so stupid. I considered myself not to be naïve, but apparently I was wrong. I would like for someone, anyone to give me a list of any organizations that I can file a complaint with. Also any suggestions on how we can start a class action lawsuit, and/or have them face consequences for their actions, jail time if possible. I am still paying on my credit card that was used to pay them; monthly it is just a sad reminder that I had been used. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.
