“Jensen is a huge fan of the food. The mix is just right. The only suggestion would maybe do some mixed with a little veg as an option. We’re also loving the new packaging, they’re slimmer so I can fit more in the freezer at once and no more stickiness! The fact that it’s all recyclable is massively important to us.”

“Loved the packaging and can see you are doing the best for the environment. The meat is nice and chunky and my dog loves it. Good variety of single protein meals too. Would recommend to anyone. Only issue I had was the dpd driver putting my delivery on my doorstep (my notes said to leave at any neighbour if I wasn't home). He also then put the calling card on top of the box and not through my letterbox. Luckily I was home so knew the door had been knocked on. Wasn't given the tracking on the app like usual. Not dpd's usual standard.”

“Food is fantastic, new containers are good because the food no longer sticks to the side. Although the same weight of food, the containers are a different size, shape, I can’t get as many in my freezer which is a down side for me.”

“I've been using Naturaw for almost 4 years. Our dog (Binkie) loves the raw food, particularly Beef & Chicken, Turkey & Beef, and Lamb & Duck from the core menu. She also has a small daily portion of organic veg. All of these help to keep her healthy & fit. Over the years I have found the staff at Naturaw to be extremely helpful and friendly. It is so easy to order, and in my case in particular so easy to collect as I am lucky to live only a few miles from their store. I order in the morning, and can usually collect within a couple of hours. Fantastic service.”

“Love the new packaging - hoping my compost heap can cope with all the packaging. Heart stopped when the latest box arrived - would it fit in the freezer? The new boxes are a slightly different shape and seem to contain more air. But, phew, it all went in 3 drawers of my fridge freezer. The main thing is my dog loves the food, looks great and has zillions of energy.”

“I found it really difficult to find a supplier of raw food that delivered to my area until I discovered Naturaw and I've been using them ever since. I order the large taster box which has a great selection and my dog Bruno absolutely loves them! I think Naturaw's sustainable packaging and ethical approach makes me feel really good about supporting a small company and the ability to return the wool liners is such a brilliant idea and definitely the way forward. Bruno and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now and I would happily recommend Naturaw to anyone considering a raw food diet for their dog.”

“My dog is fed raw and for me to be able to order his food from yourselves is great. Lovely quality and variety of meat + bones etc. I will carry on using Naturaw as I am completely satisfied. Bit sad that you didn't have Duck Necks last time I ordered though. Though that means less Duckies going to slaughter. Thanks. Anne Keates”

“New packaging looks good but two tubs arrived with the lids torn. Are they safe to use. Also you can’t close them when you don’t use the full tub. You need a more permanent lid replacement”

“The raw food is great, my boys love the chicken varieties. Personally I preferred the original packaging, simply because it didn’t have a plastic cover and stacked better in my fridge freezer.”

“I’ll be honest, I’m not sure about the new packaging. The slightly larger boxes no longer stack nicely into my freezer drawers, so will probably have to order fewer boxes. No longer having a lid means that the meat doesn’t stay quite so fresh when it’s in the fridge. I was also able to put the decompositable boxes into my food waste recycling bin, which I can no long do. I preferred the old packaging. Cheers Sam Bussey”
