“Frankly, I appreciate your products, but do not like the sales points model you are now using. FYI: Today I placed an order. I had 200+ points I need to use by sometime in September. In order to use the points and can only use (points= to) $25 at a time....I have to place two orders. I have not placed the second order yet. Is your intent for customers to jump through unnessesary hoops to make use of the accumulated points before they expire? I appreciated the system you had before you started the point system. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent.”

“Needed more fiber in my diet couldn’t find anything with a flavor I could use daily. My sister gave me several scoops from her container of AloeCran. I loved it and I use it daily. Love the flavor and feel so much better.”

“I would greatly appreciate it if I could be notified of my auto-ship several days BEFORE the order is placed, charged to my credit card, and shipped. Prior notification allows the opportunity to adjust the order, skip, or cancel it. Yours is the only company among the ones I enjoy auto-ship from that does not allow prior notification. NatureCity has wonderful products; better notification would be a huge plus.”

“I like reading the emails about recent research about the nutrients you cell. I hadn’t seen research about your type of resveratrol anywhere else. I would have given 5 stars but I have had trouble for the past 6 months or so using the rewards when I go to pay. One time I called but the woman did not know why I was having trouble.Other times including today, I just paid the full amount (especially since your prices are good anyway.)”

“I couldn't get through your phone for 10 minutes, and give up calling. I like to get a free gift-a box of AloeCran on the go which you give to customers who buy one of month's special offers. I like to try your product and inform my friends later.”

“Praise to customer service specialist Miranda Rodriguez for finally resolving a long term problem with Nature City customer serivce! I had stopped buying from them because of marketing phone calls disguised as customer service,, in spite of requests to not be called. She deleted my phone numbers from my account and kept the "do not call" advisory. I can now order again. Which is nice because the product is usually quite good!”
