I had a phone call from Felix who sent me instructions, with an offer to help with a phone call. After speaking to one of the staff, a very helpful lady, I got th camera set up and have now installed it in the garden. Many thanks - good customer service , which is sadly rare nowadays”

“I contacted NatureSpy via email for advice on whether the Helarctos Camera could be viewed on an iPad. The reply was very prompt and I have now purchased the Helarctos as a Christmas Present for my husband.”
“What a fabulous camera! It's easy to use and the footage is great. You can watch live on your phone and you get notifications when you get visitors. It helped me notice one of my hedgehogs coming in the day and so meant that I could get her to a rescue. Definitely recommend getting one!”
