Avoid these scammers at all costs! Ordered almost two month ago, item never arrived! There’s no one to speak to in regards to that, therefore no one to ask for a refund, it’s simply a daylight robbery!!! Customer service is non existent, no reply to your emails. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordine effettuato il 06/12/23, maggiorazione pagamento per spedizione in 3-5 gg. A seguito di mio primo reclamo tramite email del 03/01/24, il venditore risponde inizialmente che il materiale è stato smarrito, ma da numerosissime recensioni su internet pare che questa sia una risposta di comodo, molto probabilmente non veritiera. Il venditore propone di procedere con nuovo ordine o rimborso e scelgo il nuovo ordine, ma non da più responso anche dopo ulteriori solleciti. Sto procedendo, pertanto, alla richiesta di restituzione del pagamento effettuato tramite PayPal. Mi riservo, inoltre, di procedere quanto in mio diritto per una richiesta di risarcimento danni, poiché la merce era destinata al regalo di compleanno e di Natale per mio figlio che, tutt'ora lo sta ancora aspettando, e valutare se ci siano i presupposti per truffa online.

NBA stores are not trust worthy, what they say is in stock isn’t. Then they can amend the order and ask you to place another one. All the time they are holding the cash from the customer. Do not order from these sores.

ordered black jersey a year ago (2022), never arrived, we had to chase them and were told it got lost somewhere during the transport and they said it was not their fault, chased them again and they offered 40% refund but never received refund either, absolute joke!!!

Awful experience. Zero help available and they would not correct an error on the delivery address within hours of the order being placed. AVOID

the worst experience with any customer service ever. biggest basketball league in the world has a merch shop worse than any online store in the world, its actually baffling it can be that bad. feels like a scam website/store. didnt get my item I ordered and paid for, for 24 days already.

Truly Diabolical service there don't respond, don't care, take weeks to ship product and the personalisation just falls off. Had to use charge back and raise a dispute to get a refund and they failed to respond to that as well.

I'm still waiting to know WHY your customer asked me to send captions of the emails I sent to prove I asked for you to change the number of the shirt 10 minutes after confirming the order if all along you were going to answer me back saying that that information is totally irrelevant to the case. Why have you been telling me "you're on the case" when in the end all you've done is send me a "copy paste" text from your terms and conditions. You know, all you need to do is send a new shirt with the number I asked for. Surely you can afford to do that... But you'd much rather keep me upset and, angry even, to actually do the right thing because you don't want to admit you slipped... You ignored my email completely and didn't do your job right. It's totally unacceptable. This shirt was a very special present for my husband for his first father's day after years of IVF, I wanted to give him something special, something that he'll have for years and would be able to pass it on to his son. But hey, who am I to you? A customer that will never ever purchase on your site again but you don't care because you'll have plenty other customers. Check your reviews because customers say some terrible things about you (I wish I had read them instead of trusting blindly in a multinational company). It's time you read those reviews and actually did something about it but I doubt you will as the words "proactive" "empathy" and "humility" are not in your dictionary.

Absolutely shocking Added for a friend. Travelled from Cornwall to London with my granddaughters for a shopping trip. One of my granddaughters purchase a Nike NBA hoodie from the store for £60. The day we were due to travel home she went to wear it only to find the security tag had been left in place. Telephoned the store whilst waiting for our train only to be told they would make contact today, no call. Just rang them again only to be told that if I send it back at our expense they will remove the tag and pay for return delivery. to return the item will cost me over £10.00 for this. No compensation for postage costs or their bad service. Shocking!!😡

I have to say I've seen a lot of bad reviews on this firm, however my experience was great, product arrived on time, was good condition and the print was good too, no issues whatsoever.

Two months of waiting. After few times of asking it apears that they are missing some items (2 of 3) from the order (they gave back a money). Finally they shipped the one that they still had... to the wrong address!! Customer service cannot help and they are sorry for "inconvenience". the biggest basketball league and the worst webshop experience that I ever had. Never more

It has been more than 2 months and my orders have not arrived. On top of that, they have been stalling me to refund the money like they asked me multiple times my shipping address in order to refund my money. I will contact my bank about this issue because they have no intention of solving it. This place definitely feels like a scam!

I bought a Brooklyn Nets jersey for my son for Christmas but had to buy a ‘personalised’ Kyrie Irving 11 jersey as they had no pre printed Kyrie jerseys available. Within 4 months of minimal wear, the lettering had started to peel and the numbers and name letters were starting to appear a different colour to the BROOKLYN printing. I contacted nba which bounced me to a kitbag.com who dismissed my complaint due to time lapsed - apparently £45 for 6 months wear of a Hersey is acceptable to kitbag. When I asked how I could review the product online to stop others making the same ‘mistake’ and how I could feedback to Nike, kitbag stopped responding to my messages/emails. They’re happy to take your money but not happy to deal with poor products and poorer service. Shocking by nba store eu and kitbag.com.

I attempted to purchase a jersey and a sweatshirt as registered user from their online store. Hereby, I will try to recapitulate briefly my nasty experience, which in not only unacceptable for the current established practices in the market but, I dare to say, transcends the boundaries of common acceptable manners and jeopardizes common courtesy. The order was never completed (due to a system malfunction) and the payment procedure was not finalized. I decide to try once more with the same result. So far, so good, you might think; nothing bought, nothing paid, nothing to worry about. The fly in the ointment is that, although I have not received any confirmation email from the server yet and the order does still not appear in my account page (that section remains blank), my credit card was charged twice! I have already turned to the site by email (4 messages in total) and received just 1 answer (it just mentioned that the debacle was attributed to a technical problem and that the confirmation message has been sent to all affected recipients - it didn't reach me, nevertheless). Until now I have not been given any logical, personalized, detailed explanation for what happened and so I was obligated to send them a formal letter of complaint. Meanwhile, I am not aware if and when am I going to receive any articles and whether the amount will be refunded (I have repeatedly required them to do so). Unfortunately, the current situation can be only as quite horrendous described and thanks to the incompetence or, rather, indifference of the customer service department, it signifies a deadlock. I am still waiting for an apology, a shipment notification or any form of compensation. It is immensely incomprehensible and totally unfair to incur such a financial loss, to vacillate between precariousness and hopelessness or simply pour money down the drain because of the mediocrity or, I dare to say, the aloofness of their customer service department. To put it in a nutshell, the communication gap, the below-average service and the tendency to neglect queries from clients lead to an absolutely exasperating feeling.
