“As a long time customer I appreciate the excellent website and efficient despatch; however, my favourite Margarets Hope, first flush, Darjeeling tea seems to have deteriorated markedly in quality. I have had to try other suppliers (the "same" tea from the "Siam Tea Shop" in Germany is far superior, but pricier). NBT seems to have got hold of inferior quality "Margarets Hope 1st flush" tea this time.”

“After about 3 uses the basket came away from the cup rest. It was not riveted on properly. Shame because I like the infuser. Fits in any cup or mug. And would have bought another.”
