“came from Amazon where it is cheaper, so not impressed”

“The delivery was speedy and packaging very good. However I was disappointed that the Lemon Verbena leaves were very crushed. When I have bought Lemon Verbena from you before my recollection is that the leaves were whole and less powdery in appearance. Is this method of presentation new or was I just unlucky in the package I purchased?”

“Unfortunately it didn't! I ordered some tea that I'd sampled in White Stuff and rang them to find what it was I then ordered the wrong ones but only got half the quantity I expected. They did kindly swop them over but not very graciously! They were not very helpful on the phone and I won't be using them again - an expensive mistake!”
