“It's a shame when occasionally a good tea goes out of stock but on the whole NBT seem to have good stocks of most teas, and they've introduced us to some excellent brews over the years.”

“Interesting teas, fast delivery. Only drawback is the labels printer is broken so my order doesn’t have notes on the tea packets, and as they are gifts it would have been good to have info on the packs.”

“I am happy but only two items out of the three I ordered are to my satisfaction! I would like to return the Coffee Cake Black Tea, if I may, please?
