“One of the oldest Exchanges in Canada so they are reliable and survived FTX. They still have one of the best interfaces and offer staking which not a lot do in Canada. Unfortunately, their rates to transfer coins are way too much compared to the competition so I have stopped using them due to that. I only use them to stake now. #ndax”

“Ndax took $2000 of my money then made unauthorized trades .they blocked my phn from phone number and my email is encrypted end to end.so I literally have no way of communication with ndax.theyhave left 75c in my account that I still have with them.they have been no help in resolution with that company but admit my money was in its hands.its been 1yr 4monthes since it was done they are fraudulent and manipulating people out of their money and trading without my consent bbb has had nothing but complaints of the same behavior with other not just mine.”

“My husband has cancer andwehavwbeen trying to get helpfrom ndax for 2 weeks now because he can no longer do the 2 factor authentification. No one will take off the 2 factor and no one answers the telephone - in any department - when you call them I have sent several emails with Littleton no response sent. I am worried this company is a scam”

“I sent money to my Ndax account and it was sent to a closed account that I never used. I reached out to them and it has been almost 2 weeks and there is no detailed update just an apology, a lie that it will be deposited “today” and it never is, or “I will reach out to operations. Vince was the representative. How can a trading desk operate like this when clients can’t even make trades with money that THEY put into the wrong account. What’s even worse is the market is moving and I wanted to make trades but cannot because of them. This is a poorly organized and operated company.. i had to file a complaint to Cryptorecoveryltd.com to get my funds back”

“Its really so hard to believe that this company was set up to make people as well as investors to lose their funds and to regret their actions. I was so dumb to have associated myself with this scam scheme and i faced the consequences by losing some money at first , but I was reimbursed through the help of professionals from https://www.cp-investigation.com and I was told to be careful of most investment companies out there. ”

“A CRYPTO SCAM, SO BEWARE. They stole $53k from me, even though it appeared to be a valid account and allowed me to withdraw some funds. They tricked me by promising me a high return rate before taking my money. They nearly destroyed my life, but for the prompt action of support @gravcapital. co.uk who assisted me in recovering my money from them”

“Following some useful reviews on here I was able to work with this great cryptographer/ethical hackers ,they finally got my funds out of Ndax possession. This is a wake up call to everyone here still looking for a way to get their funds out, reach out to RESUC.ORG for a realistic and unequivocal reversal mechanism also if you have not deposited anything with this firm yet , pls don't for your own good.”

“For some reason they always hold my coins and I can't do anything to retrieve them.. it's so frustrating sometimes because if I wanna but sell or move crypto I can't on my watch only on theirs Also when I move my coins they make me do it in two transactions so I get charged twice to move my coins onto a ledger It's not much but it's still a low move to double charge so ndax can make more profits Think twice before using this exchange If I had a different crypto exchange I would much rather use them Now my coins are under admin processing for over 12hours and I can't do anything with them until coustmer gets back too me which is a gong show Horrible support as you can see I'm very frustrated with this exchange and this isn't the first time it happened”

“NDAX was great in the beginning, however it became problematic when a bank draft was sent. It was delivered on a Monday morning and after several attempts by live chat, email and phone calls, the draft was deposited Thursday evening. Made another deposit and was unable to withdraw until I spoke with someone in the compliance department. It took 3 full days to get a live person on the phone. She asked me personal and confidential questions, then told me I was being deceptive. Ultimately I was fired as a client after the conversation - seriously? How is NDAX advertised as the best Canadian crypto platform when they give absolutely no customer service, hold on to your money for several days, then take their sweet time to contact you back? DO NOT USE this platform, I promise you will regret that decision!”

“update: My bank was able to reclaim my e-transfer. Money is back in my account. Two people from NDAX called me 3hours later to say the transfer did not work,[heheheh}. They said their names were Jeffery Hamilton and Adrian Mitchell. Jeff explained we must start the whole process again. I again said "you are going to send me $100,000; that does not make any sense" He said he has 60 people working on it and it will happen. He said he will call me next week to arrange it with me. He said to please only answer the phone to deal with him; no one else. I cannot wait for this miracle to happen. {Sarcasm)”

“Jeffery called from a fake number (as when I tried to contact him auto voice announced it was no longer in service}. He used anydesk app that he coached me to install with the lure that I could recover all money lost that my husband had invested in Nettrix. A demo program can be run so that you think you making money in real time. My husband passed away recently so I was an easy mark. He said we could do a Mirror transfer of $1000 to "test" the system of Coinsmart . the e-transfer was sent but not received, nor did it "bounce back" as he explained it would. I called my bank and they could not retrieve it. Coinsmart sent am email saying they did not receive the deposit. I feel very foolish. He said I would be transferred to his boss named Steward David who would unblock the limit and soon I would get ALL my money back soon. It is plain to see I am not tech savvy. I was put on hold for some time while the e-transfer when thru. When Jeffery told me I should call my bank and insist I did this on my own and to not mention his part in it a red flag finally went up. I think I was put on hold so he could have time to hijack the transfer. I hope the authorities can catch these thieves,”

“Customer service is deceitful. Never tells the truth. Lost 1800. And they won't respond to me at all. This company is a scam. They said they refunded me my money by email but they lied. Extremely angry.”
