“Overall, NDAX is one of the best platforms for Canadians to by cryptocurrency. Commissions are lower than those on most Canadian crypto exchanges. Being able to add funds via e-transfer is a big advantage. Although usually the funds added via e-transfer arrive quickly, sometimes it can take hours if not days. However, I like that recently NDAX has been proactively sending email notifications when there are known issues causing delays, such as in e-transfer.”

“Simple, easy to use, able to withdraw at any moment, never had a single issue with them. Trading works fine, but trading fees are too high for short trading imo, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise it is awesome! Perfect for Canadians specially now that many other exchanges have been pushed away by Canadian Regulations.”

“I'm relatively inexperienced with crypto, but investigated a bunch of exchanges & wallets and found NDAX. Visited their offices to verify they were real. They tend to follow all the CAD gov rules so it takes a little longer to get set up. Haven't had any trouble trading but I haven't done anything 'advanced' like staking either. Customer Service is a little slow, but no worse than any other large company. The system itself is easy to understand and not too complex with all the functionality you would need if you're trading regularly or professionally. Most importantly is the trust factor. They seem legit and any issues I've had have been handled professionally, plus if they go out of business my crypto is safe, so I'm not worried. -R.”

“Being a first time investor in crypto and an experienced stock trader I found this platform to be the best one offered to Canadians. The exchange is run by the Alberta Treasury Branch (the Alberta Gov't) and all coins are kept offline in cold storage...a huge plus for security. I see a lot of bad reviews on here about people having trouble depositing and withdrawing. I too have experienced this issue but I am writing this review to justify NDAX. I have found that the reason these things take time is because this company is legit! They are very concerned with making sure people are not scammers. They do a thorough review of your credentials to make sure you are who you say you are and this can cause friction with regards to withdraws and deposits. I recently tried to wire $72500.00 to my account and was waiting for a few days for the wire to go through. Suddenly I get an email from my bank telling me they were holding the wire back...not NDAX. Apparently the bank is also watching out for me as well as they wouldn't process the wire without asking me if NDAX was legit or whether or not I was wiring money due to extortion.. After a few more questions from my bank the wire was processed. I must stress that this delay had nothing to do with NDAX but rather my own bank's issues. Customer support does seem a little unresponsive hence the four star review. That being said I think this company goes to extraordinary lengths to protect its customers from fraud! I would not hesitate to recommend this platform to others.”

“The reviews on here are a bit scary. Especially after having signed up and trusting my money with NDAX. But from reading about the company it seems like customer service might be overwhelmed with the sudden influx of users with the rise in popularity in cryptocurrency (especially doge coin). I haven’t had to contact them cause everything has gone smoothly for me with signing up, verifying the account, depositing and trading. Hopefully they can get back on top of their customer service and give the users a little bit more confidence in their service as it does make me a little bit more anxious about using them.”

“Customer service has been quick and efficient. Platform itself is good, clearly security-oriented (2FA etc), and information on spread, order book etc is very helpful. For deposits, would suggest a more simple form as inputting the name will always be the same information (obviously the name would be the person on the account), and it should all be done in one form (rather than entering name and amount, then clicking continue to the next part). Also an iOS app is needed!”
