“BEWARE!! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! My account was hacked and someone withdrew my crypto funds on Christmas Day. The company has not given me any information on how the transaction was processed or who/where it was initiated. They have sent me the same generic response to my questions and essentially told me that I am on my own. I find it completely unprofessional for a digital financial institution to operate this way. One of the reasons that I invested with this company was because it is a Canadian company (I actually live in Calgary where it is based) and that it was insured for these situations. I find it shocking that they have simply told me that I am on my own and not provide any details or support. I strongly suggest you keep your money safe and invest elsewhere.”

“It has not been easy for me trading with them ever since October 21, 2023. I kept on investing there, but lost everything. “I feel like I've been robbed. I had a counsellor calling to tell me the one who was suppose to follow me with my account had an issue, I have been "helped" to withdraw money and it's been weeks and I have been ghosted. No answer and no follow up. The money has been removed from my trading wallet but I don't see it in my NDAX account. i went online to look for help and i came across TRUTHSEEKERHUB on instagram. he managed to get back all my money from them.”

“It’s quite terrible that we live in a world filled with dishonest people and there’s nothing we can do about it. This people now make a living from being very dishonest and cheating as much gullible persons as possible. This practice is very old amongst man yet every new generation seems to birth new ideas and tricks inspired by whatever the latest pandemic or current trends is there is to exploit. Unfortunately i have also fallen a victim to scammers, This time it was as an investment opportunity designed to elevate me from suffering. The economy was hitting hard and I was behind on 90% of my bills, my restaurant business was in a very bad place financially so it was either I get run down with time due to lack of capital or somehow improve my finances in other to have the capital I needed to save my business and my life in general. I always heard crypto trading can be very profitable if done correctly with the right guidance and risk management. well it turned out I got guidance from the wrong people whom eventually took me for every penny I had left, they ripped me off as much as 128K USD under 3 months including the loans I took from friends to settle some fees. i thought I was as careful as ever but the way everything is backed up with documents was very convincing, it’s up to us to realize when we are being taken. Efforts to establish communication with the company proved challenging, with a notable delay of four business days before receiving any response. Subsequently, my interaction with Julia B, identified as the Chief Compliance Officer, did not yield a satisfactory resolution. Rather than addressing the security issue, she primarily reiterated company policies. Despite the eventual assistance in rectifying the email address, the company's failure to scrutinize the alteration when initially made resulted in a substantial loss on my part. This experience raises concerns about the company's commitment to ensuring the safety and privacy of its customers, seemingly prioritizing hacker prevention over customer protection. The customer service experience could have been better, providing limited assistance throughout the ordeal. “NDAX is being used by scammers. I lost my money for investing on fake cryptocurrency investment platform named meta bank wallet. These people are based in UK and very professional to convince you for investment from $250 and then encourage you to invest more. I called and even went to NDAX office in Calgary however, nobody has called me back to at least listen to detail. I tried hard to prevent same thing happen to others. Just be careful about this trend.”

“Ndax took $2000 of my money then made unauthorized trades .they blocked my phn from phone number and my email is encrypted end to end.so I literally have no way of communication with ndax.theyhave left 75c in my account that I still have with them.they have been no help in resolution with that company but admit my money was in its hands.its been 1yr 4monthes since it was done they are fraudulent and manipulating people out of their money and trading without my consent bbb has had nothing but complaints of the same behavior with other not just mine.”

“My husband has cancer andwehavwbeen trying to get helpfrom ndax for 2 weeks now because he can no longer do the 2 factor authentification. No one will take off the 2 factor and no one answers the telephone - in any department - when you call them I have sent several emails with Littleton no response sent. I am worried this company is a scam”

“A CRYPTO SCAM, SO BEWARE. They stole $53k from me, even though it appeared to be a valid account and allowed me to withdraw some funds. They tricked me by promising me a high return rate before taking my money. They nearly destroyed my life, but for the prompt action of support @gravcapital. co.uk who assisted me in recovering my money from them”
