“It's five days and I'm still waiting for my crypto transfer to an external wallet to go through. I've contacted customer support through email, but they refuse to resolve the issue by email, I have left voicemail messages & multiple emails with just generic responses. This is by far the worst service I have encountered!”

“It's three days and I'm still waiting for my crypto transfer to an external wallet to go through. I've contacted customer support through email, but they refuse to resolve the issue by email, they insist on a phone call which so far I haven't been available when they decided to call me, and of course you cant get through to anyone if you call them, you have to request a callback.”

“ndax has serious issues with sending money out of the exchange and they will give you frustrating turnaround times for response. in my opinion coinsquare is the way to go also regulated by "fintrac", and a very clean easy to use platform.only thing is they dont support all the coins like how binance does.but better customer suypport and faster turnaround times.”

“NDAX refused to transfer my crypto to another platform. they told me the transfer was rejected with no explanation. spent hours on it with only rude service. i am still trying to get my xlm off the platform and they won't allow it. they should be sued.”

“If you like waiting a year to get response from support with no help at the end of it this is the exchange for you. These ignorant f kept me on the leash about getting my money back that I accidentally sent to the wrong address on there site for over a year just to discard my last email and say they can’t help when I was told multiple times I would get my money soon. This was by no mean a little hit to the bank either, actually my whole life savings, -30k , I’m only 20. And I’m not that upset they wouldn’t get the money back, I’m more angry they led me on for a year and then brushed me off, f these people !!!!”

“its not reflecting market price, by the time that the coins up 25% on Coinbase, it was down 9.90% on NDAX , imagine how much you could loss, I am talking about Polkadot price, on June 22nd at 11:00 am and around that time. i did nit pay attention to this before but now i know, i contacted the customer services and thy said ...the price is not reflected their platform... i will leave this platform soon and I recommended to everyone to do so...unless they fix this problem and start being honest.”

“Saturday i sent $2530 from my business account to my NDAX account ( i have done this before in the past) now they said they need to further review my transactions and was told to open another business account on NDAX. I do not want to do that and ask for my money to be transferred back into my bank. I have emailed and called them countless times and I'm being ignored. Their customer service is a joke. They dont value their customers, the online chat support has no one tending to it. I have been waiting for days for a response! What type of BS is this. Planning on taking legal action if i dont get a hold of them this week. Ridiculous Live chat does not work Phone number they have listed does not work Emails take forever for response”

“Don't trust this company: they don't offer any support. You lose your phone, you lose your money. End of story. I wonder if this is actually part of their business model to not give a way to reset the google authenticator.”

“Do not trust this company!!!! I completed a e-transfer of $3000.00 and they seem to have lost my money and will no longer respond to my email requests. The money never appeared on my dashboard. They promised to look into the problem but have not responded since.”

“Made some great gains on Doge..... The app will not let me cash out my CAD in wallet. Called customer service but hangs you up. Sent several emails with no response. Seems very much like a scam to me. If anyone has any advice would love help on cashing out my gains.”
