“NDAX has by FAR the worst authentication process app ever. If someone has so many issues signing in it tell you about how poorly the app has been designed. Admin is not even responding to email. Anyway domt waste your time!”

“Why are they quoting a very much lower price of dogecoin than global price. This must be a scam. Today yahoo price is $0.42USD and $0.50CND. But NDAX is set at $0.32CND. BEWARE!!!!”

“Finally closed the account, after supplying all personal info. It hijacks the account with the google 2 step. Byt does not link it. Be carefull before supplying all personal info. The app will not work with S9.”

“0 stars if possible... My EMTs desposited No Problem. I can buy COINS No Problem. The moment I want to transfer Coins OUT from there exchange!? Massive problems... everything is frozen and it's Saturday so there is ZERO customer support. This exchange is borderline scam... when you need your money they'll be gone.”

“Deposit got hung up, my bank account says it was deposited in the ndax master account. However over 2 days later there is no money in my account. I contacted customer service through live chat and email, and have received no response. Also they will not pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be opening up a fraud investigation through my bank. Do not deposit money into NDAX.”

“I don't like to leave negative reviews being in the customer service industry myself but I am forced to write this. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service team for the last 2 days via email/live chat/phone and not one person has responded back to me. I understand if there is high volume of inquiries but just a simple confirmation of the email/message received is appreciated. I hope someone gets back to me. I have $2500 deposited to you guys which I have not still received in my NDAX account. PLEASE RESPOND !!!”

“Terrible ethics and transparency, this company seems to bully clients , I purchased a few bitcoins ( sold my stocks to buy bitcoin) on Ndax hearing good things about this company. Once i purchased the bitcoins, i tried to transfer the money to my wallet, the website says it's instant transfers to my surprise the large sum i purhcased was put in limbo, and i never received my money. The next day i was contacted by a the company letting me know they can't send it to MY OWN WALLET, because THEY are protecting me from scams! I have had no intention of doing anything other than leaving the money in my wallet. There was no sufficient evidence that was brought up by the call that someone is trying to scam me. I asked the company to send the money back to my bank, yet i got no response. I have been waiting eversince, in the meantime they have made a few thousand dollars off of me for the conversion, and i have no control over my money. Let this be a warning to anyone who is a serious bitcoin investor, dont invest through Ndax.”

“- Horrible delays in money transfer ( I lost too many great opportunities because of that, so I left). - Horrible customer service and operations. I tried every way (chat, email, phone) and: 1) took forever; 2) they were useless. Wouldn't fix my problem, so I cancelled my last money transfer and left.”

“I transferred EOS to Crypto.com and have not yet received any conformation, it is more than 4 hours, neither there is any deposit in crypto.com nor coins, it says on hold, I sent an email and not reply, I tried to contact by phone; asked me to leave message. Very poor customer service.”
