“My husband has cancer andwehavwbeen trying to get helpfrom ndax for 2 weeks now because he can no longer do the 2 factor authentification. No one will take off the 2 factor and no one answers the telephone - in any department - when you call them I have sent several emails with Littleton no response sent. I am worried this company is a scam”

“A CRYPTO SCAM, SO BEWARE. They stole $53k from me, even though it appeared to be a valid account and allowed me to withdraw some funds. They tricked me by promising me a high return rate before taking my money. They nearly destroyed my life, but for the prompt action of support @gravcapital. co.uk who assisted me in recovering my money from them”

“For some reason they always hold my coins and I can't do anything to retrieve them.. it's so frustrating sometimes because if I wanna but sell or move crypto I can't on my watch only on theirs Also when I move my coins they make me do it in two transactions so I get charged twice to move my coins onto a ledger It's not much but it's still a low move to double charge so ndax can make more profits Think twice before using this exchange If I had a different crypto exchange I would much rather use them Now my coins are under admin processing for over 12hours and I can't do anything with them until coustmer gets back too me which is a gong show Horrible support as you can see I'm very frustrated with this exchange and this isn't the first time it happened”

“NDAX was great in the beginning, however it became problematic when a bank draft was sent. It was delivered on a Monday morning and after several attempts by live chat, email and phone calls, the draft was deposited Thursday evening. Made another deposit and was unable to withdraw until I spoke with someone in the compliance department. It took 3 full days to get a live person on the phone. She asked me personal and confidential questions, then told me I was being deceptive. Ultimately I was fired as a client after the conversation - seriously? How is NDAX advertised as the best Canadian crypto platform when they give absolutely no customer service, hold on to your money for several days, then take their sweet time to contact you back? DO NOT USE this platform, I promise you will regret that decision!”

“The customer service is the worst I ever seen. They asked you to email only and ignore that a simple call would solve the issue. I will take all my funds and go to Crypto.com or any other platform.”

“update: My bank was able to reclaim my e-transfer. Money is back in my account. Two people from NDAX called me 3hours later to say the transfer did not work,[heheheh}. They said their names were Jeffery Hamilton and Adrian Mitchell. Jeff explained we must start the whole process again. I again said "you are going to send me $100,000; that does not make any sense" He said he has 60 people working on it and it will happen. He said he will call me next week to arrange it with me. He said to please only answer the phone to deal with him; no one else. I cannot wait for this miracle to happen. {Sarcasm)”

“Jeffery called from a fake number (as when I tried to contact him auto voice announced it was no longer in service}. He used anydesk app that he coached me to install with the lure that I could recover all money lost that my husband had invested in Nettrix. A demo program can be run so that you think you making money in real time. My husband passed away recently so I was an easy mark. He said we could do a Mirror transfer of $1000 to "test" the system of Coinsmart . the e-transfer was sent but not received, nor did it "bounce back" as he explained it would. I called my bank and they could not retrieve it. Coinsmart sent am email saying they did not receive the deposit. I feel very foolish. He said I would be transferred to his boss named Steward David who would unblock the limit and soon I would get ALL my money back soon. It is plain to see I am not tech savvy. I was put on hold for some time while the e-transfer when thru. When Jeffery told me I should call my bank and insist I did this on my own and to not mention his part in it a red flag finally went up. I think I was put on hold so he could have time to hijack the transfer. I hope the authorities can catch these thieves,”

“Customer service is deceitful. Never tells the truth. Lost 1800. And they won't respond to me at all. This company is a scam. They said they refunded me my money by email but they lied. Extremely angry.”

“This is such a rogue company, when they trap you, not only you cannot send crypto to other exchanges, but you are blocked to withdraw fund to your own bank account as well. Those give high reviews, wait until when you fall in their manual review trap. I strongly recommend avoiding using NDAX”

“I would strongly suggest you think twice before opening an account here. I have several issues with this site. The latest issue I'm having is with the app. I cannot withdraw to my wallet and support is not available on the app. Both are dead links. The technical issues combined with high fees and prices compared to other sites really gets under my skin. Every time I use this site I feel like I'm setting my money on fire!!!! Only positive to me is the fact they accept etransfer. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!”

“Highly disappointed at the blatant disregard of logic and the turnaround times. Beware, they WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY UNTL THEY SEE FIT. There is no logic to the holds and "compliance" and they offer no real solutions just delays and delays and you hoping to god after a week they haven't stolen your funds. There's more reliable exchanges.”

“Working in the software field I'm aware that beta software can have flaws but if there are critical "showstopper" bugs then it doesn't get released to the public. NDAX apparently has no issue with this. Thanks to their portfolio calculations not updating correctly to accurately reflect trades it has cost me hundreds of dollars due to incorrect information. Having sent in a detailed explanation with screenshots and step by step instructions to their support department in order to bring this bug to their attention (at the very least) I'm left with the question. Support? what support? Day 4 and not even a first reply. Clearly time to be moving platforms”

“I gave them multiple chances, but they failed horribly each time. Transfers that take days is nothing short of catastrophic in crypto, and was in my case. This "exchange" cost me hundreds of dollars multiple times. Do not use this garbage.”

“NDAX is the worst broker I have ever dealt with, they delayed processing my deposit for more than 7 days twice. The deposit was supposed to take 1/2 hour and the other one 1 day maximum. I struggled to get in touch with them. They don’t call back. There is no love chat. They don’t answer your email. After about 7 days they finally deposited my money and by that time crypto prices went up and lost about 10% that I would have earned if they were a reliable broker. I definitely advise that no one ever uses NDAX. Don't forget their spread is super high given the fact that your investing your own money without a leverage. They are so cheap that they don't hire any customer support live chat agents or phone agents! I hate my experience with them. They wasted many investment opportunities for me by their late processing, and their garbage communication.”

“Nice interface, awful customer service, ineffecient communication, lack of transpary, currencies being hold for no apparent reason. Watch out if you need quick transfer/actions.”
