“Long time user. This is probably the best exchange in Canada. Moving Canadian dollars from an account to another usually takes 24h hours. Crypto deposit and withdrawals usually takes 10-15 minutes. Never had big issues, however, I did get a few smalls issues over the years but it was taking care by customer service in a timely fashion.”
