“Long time user. This is probably the best exchange in Canada. Moving Canadian dollars from an account to another usually takes 24h hours. Crypto deposit and withdrawals usually takes 10-15 minutes. Never had big issues, however, I did get a few smalls issues over the years but it was taking care by customer service in a timely fashion.”

“Lower fees and smooth trades. NDAX held my hand as a beginner with its vetted selection of tokens and coins. Their service has been solid for my two years as an account holder. I highly recommend them over other pie in the sky leverage trading exchanges. Simple and dependable.”

“Easy to use and secure platform for cryptocurrency trading in Canada. Transactions are seamless and I have never encountered any issues. “I've been trading with crypto for some years using Ndax service, most important quality for me is trust and I can say Ndax offer it, so even if it's not the kind of exchange that allows to trade a thousand kind of altcoins as Binance, I find that having the top 10 or 20 is enough, I never had a problem with them and I appreciate it”

“Knew nothing about Cryptocurrency. Had been a victim of some sort of financial fraud through this "stock" company. Had someone mention #Ndax and asked me to check them out. Did, many months later. Registered in a very thorough but easy process that was very reassuring of the safety of my funds and account. Had the customer guys help me navigate every unclear pathway, until I became the "guru" I am with them today. Not much funds with them, but worthy experience so far. Can only get better. BTW, you can't get a better competitive price for the services they render elsewhere. Just give it a try.”

“#NDAX amazing Crypto Exchange so far in Canada, never had any technical issues with their platform. To be honest I never face any problems with #Ndax so far comparing to other cryptocurrency exchanges. One thing if they introduce some more cryptocurrencies into their platform that would be Awesome. “Its really so hard to believe that this company was set up to make people as well as investors to lose their funds and to regret their actions. I was so dumb to have associated myself with this scam scheme and i faced the consequences by losing some money at first , but I was reimbursed through the help of professionals from https://www.cp-investigation.com and I was told to be careful of most investment companies out there. ”

“Spoke with Belle the phone rep and got a call back quickly after leaving a voicemail. She was extremely patient and helpful considering I am not tech savvy. She gave me explanations and detailed answers to resolve my deposit questions about NDAX. Very happy and fully satisfied with my new NDAX exchange.”
