“Made some great gains on Doge..... The app will not let me cash out my CAD in wallet. Called customer service but hangs you up. Sent several emails with no response. Seems very much like a scam to me. If anyone has any advice would love help on cashing out my gains.”

“NDAX has by FAR the worst authentication process app ever. If someone has so many issues signing in it tell you about how poorly the app has been designed. Admin is not even responding to email. Anyway domt waste your time!”

“Why are they quoting a very much lower price of dogecoin than global price. This must be a scam. Today yahoo price is $0.42USD and $0.50CND. But NDAX is set at $0.32CND. BEWARE!!!!”

“I signed up with NDAX in Feb and it was super easy. I have made a dozen deposits and they all worked within 2-60 mins no problems. I have done transfers from Coinbase to NdAX all no problems. I recommend NDAX especially if you want go buy DOGE and XRP. I couldn’t find those coins on Coinbase. https://one.ndax.io/bfQkQW”

“I see alot of people here are not liking NDAX. i will say that out of all the crypto buying platfroms available in canada this is the best one by far, i have had very little issues with it and when i do i contact their support chat and get responses in a timely manner. transfering from bank to wallet is really easy using Etransfer. and depositing back into my back is easy as well. i like this Platform alot and i reccomend using it to anyone in canada wanting to get into cryptocurrency”

“Finally closed the account, after supplying all personal info. It hijacks the account with the google 2 step. Byt does not link it. Be carefull before supplying all personal info. The app will not work with S9.”

“0 stars if possible... My EMTs desposited No Problem. I can buy COINS No Problem. The moment I want to transfer Coins OUT from there exchange!? Massive problems... everything is frozen and it's Saturday so there is ZERO customer support. This exchange is borderline scam... when you need your money they'll be gone.”

“Deposit got hung up, my bank account says it was deposited in the ndax master account. However over 2 days later there is no money in my account. I contacted customer service through live chat and email, and have received no response. Also they will not pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be opening up a fraud investigation through my bank. Do not deposit money into NDAX.”

“I don't like to leave negative reviews being in the customer service industry myself but I am forced to write this. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service team for the last 2 days via email/live chat/phone and not one person has responded back to me. I understand if there is high volume of inquiries but just a simple confirmation of the email/message received is appreciated. I hope someone gets back to me. I have $2500 deposited to you guys which I have not still received in my NDAX account. PLEASE RESPOND !!!”

“Amazing customer service. Very impressed with their attention to detail and genuine concern for your financial well being. I deposited a large amount of crypto and was personally called to verify the deposit and called again when I withdrew it, they ensured it was me making the withdrawal and that it was going to a legitimate exchange.”

“I have been using NDAX.IO for almost a year now. So far, the experience has been very positive. - Easy funding using bank transfer - Being new to crypto, I did many withdrawing to tests and build my trust in NDAX.IO. Conclusion : It worked all the time. Money gets transferred to my bank account by End Of Day. - Dual factor authentication works great - Simple interface Conclusion : Highly recommended, kudos for letting me in the crypto world without a hitch.”

“Terrible ethics and transparency, this company seems to bully clients , I purchased a few bitcoins ( sold my stocks to buy bitcoin) on Ndax hearing good things about this company. Once i purchased the bitcoins, i tried to transfer the money to my wallet, the website says it's instant transfers to my surprise the large sum i purhcased was put in limbo, and i never received my money. The next day i was contacted by a the company letting me know they can't send it to MY OWN WALLET, because THEY are protecting me from scams! I have had no intention of doing anything other than leaving the money in my wallet. There was no sufficient evidence that was brought up by the call that someone is trying to scam me. I asked the company to send the money back to my bank, yet i got no response. I have been waiting eversince, in the meantime they have made a few thousand dollars off of me for the conversion, and i have no control over my money. Let this be a warning to anyone who is a serious bitcoin investor, dont invest through Ndax.”

“Very easy to sign up, Interac deposit, and initial trades. Everything took about 30 minutes from researching ndax to first trade. Email responses were also quick. I'm very happy with the service so far.”

“Horrible customer service Thursday night I tried to transfer money back into my bank account is now Sunday and I still don’t have my mother and they haven’t been emailing me back or nothing”
