“I'm really impressed with the products from neat. The refills are super easy to use and store. I like the spray bottles, as they are nice enough to leave out, unlike most other brands. The eco friendliness and reduction of plastic use is the main reason that I made the switch.”

“Love (I'm obsessed with) all products bar the anti bac multi surface spray (which doesn't foam). Customer service isn't great which is what got the star dropped. Contact form sends an email telling you to click here to let them know the problem...which takes you back to the contact us page. It doesn't say no one works weekends so you're left wondering if your message even got through. Had to click 'over a week's on the question below asking how long it took the company to respond because the choices jumped from 6 to 12 hours to a week with nothing in between. Some work is def needed to tighten up communication between company and customers. Also the email I did eventually get in response to my query was curt...literally just told me I was wrong...”

“I think this is my new favourite smell. I've tried the green tea, the rose, and the mango now, but the bluebell & cotton is so gorgeous! I've been a fan of neat for over a year now, I really enjoy the way the hand wash foams, its luxurious scents, and how I feel like my hands are nourished as they're cleaned. Will continue to keep neat.”

“Absolutely love neat products. Scents are all lovely. The containers are perfect especially with the rubber bottom. They are a good slick design to have on display instead of hidden in a cupboard. Good sizes for each use. Not having to buy any other products is great to cut cost and reduce plastic waste. Perfect all round 👍🏻”

“I use about two pumps for a compleat shower my husband uses 3, i think it is much better then our popular shower gell we used to buy and less mess and the container is very stylish.”
