“A great product but for me the scent of the oil is too sweet, sickly and strong. The dispensers are extremely smart but I have gone back to using my Smol soap tablet instead of the oil”

“Frustratingly, the plunger to one of my two originals, failed quite early and depite my efforts at descaling it the plunger would eventualy reset but very slowly. Having only recently bought a another handwash, I decided to go for the nuclear option and ordered a new plunger.”

“I would like the storage tin for refills, but can't justify the cost of an empty tin! Also I don't like the way, I was automatically enrolled into a regular subscription to order regularly. That upset me and I immediately cancelled it. I think you need to remove this. I try to eek out my usage. My sister introduced me to your products, with gifts of handwash and washing up spray. Your delivery is very good. And packaged nicely.”

“The first one was very stiff that came with the original first order but the people that need recognise I was having a problem and sent me a new one which is a lot better so thank you Nate will be continuing with my order now that I know I can squeeze easy instead of having to use both hands as I am an older lady and need a bit of ease please !”

“Good products and delivery. Love that the fragrances are not overwhelming. Easy to mix. I do live in a very hard water area and so use boiled water for the hand washes otherwise the pumps can get stiff even with rinsing them. But its easy enough to get replacement pumps.”

“I love the philosophy of the company, being environmental and offering nice products. The cost is reasonable (not ridiculously more expensive than widely available brands), and the bottles are cool and trendy. My experience of the quality of the cleaning products has been variable. I love the toilet cleaner, the multi surface cleaner, floor cleaner, and bathroom cleaner. Yet to try the window cleaner and shower cleaner. I’m not too keen on the hand and the body washes - I like the idea of foaming, however I find that the products do not feel very smooth when applying to skin, and leaves my skin feeling dry. Same with the washing up liquid, it barely lathers at all and so I end up with just a bowl of water with no bubbles and no real liquid to smooth over the things I am washing up. Great company overall and I’ll be willing to buy some products again but not all of the products, unless the quality of some of them improves. Thanks so much for all you’re doing to make better and more environmentally friendly products”
