“Love (I'm obsessed with) all products bar the anti bac multi surface spray (which doesn't foam). Customer service isn't great which is what got the star dropped. Contact form sends an email telling you to click here to let them know the problem...which takes you back to the contact us page. It doesn't say no one works weekends so you're left wondering if your message even got through. Had to click 'over a week's on the question below asking how long it took the company to respond because the choices jumped from 6 to 12 hours to a week with nothing in between. Some work is def needed to tighten up communication between company and customers. Also the email I did eventually get in response to my query was curt...literally just told me I was wrong...”

“Great products, , long lasting , don’t have to refill too often. Fresh fragrances and great looking bottles. Easy to purchase too. Saves so much space in the home . A recycling system on the glass bottles would be nice”

“Easy to order products although I dont use up that quickly and the minimum order on subscription is quite large. Please try to persuade more Waitrose's to stock a wider range. The only products I dont like are the hand washes as I find the scents artificial and the product drying on my hands. For this reason I am wary of trying the body washes. Love all the other products. Any chance of a "Limelite" alternative?”

“So far Neat Home is working for me. I am finding the Washing Up liquid difficult yo get used to. It doesn't froth up as much as the one I was using. I am not sure it cuts through grease as much as I would like. However this may be down to my technique using it. I am happy to preserve for a while. Everything else is excellent.”

“I don't have enough experience of Neat Home Ltd. to to write a meaningful review, but I should say that my new pump was dispatched swiftly, and works very well. The foam dispensed by the hand wash pump seems to be the optimum amount and does an effective job.”

“Really great products that smell lovely and clean well. I love the refillable large bottles, but would love a system to return and reuse the small glass refills - then this would be completely 5 star!”
