“I have endeavoured to be more environmentally minded regarding cleaning products for a long time now and came across Neat when my local source of refills of Ecover closed. I have been using Neat products for probably a year or more. I absolutely love the ease of use of these products and their lack of plastic. We use washing-up spray, handwash, dishwasher tablets (which are extremely good and better than other eco versions) and the body wash. All these products are effective and very pleasant, with a variety of scents to choose from. The refillable dispensers are very durable and fairly attractive. It is so quick to refill any of the products with no laborious mixing, or having to get funnels out to decant from larger containers (like some other brands). I struggle to get on with the subscription model as I either have too much or run out too soon and usage rates vary depending on various factors so I purchase when I need, rather than relying on regular deliveries. All in all - a brilliant set of products.”

“Love your products, amazing well done neat. I am building my collection, got shower clean, bathroom, hand wash and washing up foam which is amazing at cleaning oven dishes and the air fryer. I think my next purchase maybe kitchen cleaner.”

“I contacted Neat because the fitment on top of one of my metal flasks containing shower spray had failed. Their response was immediate, a new one was put into the post that day and arrived the next. You can’t beat that for Service can you?”

“I love the Neat products and have been using them for a while. My only issue is the top of the spray bottles. I have had 3 bottles now, where the spray has stopped working and i've had to buy new bottles. I feel like the squirty, spray part of the bottle should last longer and that I should be able to replace just that part of the bottle instead of having to buy a whole new one.”
