“Terrible, absolute rubbish. My neighbour bought a candle for my daughters uni accommodation, the candle left the room beautifully fragranced but after the second use the wick disappeared under the wax, customer service told me the candle needs to burn for 3-4 hours at a time to prevent this happening, what first year student spends that long in their room?? We were offered a 20% discount off our next candle. Never again, we disposed off the candle and bought a supermarket equivalent.”
