“A little disappointed and dissatisfied with Netflix since there are always series that never come back for me it is a lack of respect for us. At least they should culminate or finish them somehow in 2 or 3 episodes and not leave us on the air waiting and thinking about why!, so Why are certain series cancelled? I think if Netflix really want first place, they should finish what they start somehow and not just forget about it. It is not ethical and it is not professional. “Used to be the lowest price now it seems they are pricing themselves to get people to unsubscribe and the reasons are listed below. I love Netflix always have but when there is too many other competitors out there streaming it becomes pricey. There are deals all over. Also Netflix used to give you full screen movie streaming for more than half the price now practically half the shows and movies are wide screen. I can go on any other device and get there shows elsewhere for free. Why would I spend the money on movies and shows that are not giving me full screen or some sort of discounted rates like other streamers. I can go elsewhere.”

I've been with Netflix DVD for almost 17 years and have seen the quality go up and then down.
I enjoy it, but these are some of my frustrations: Series DVDs that the first volume is not available, but the others are; sometime limited selection of good programs and movies, a never ending list of items that have never and probably never will be available for rent and the fact that you call and explain this to the customer service and you leave with a feeling that they didn't understand the problem.
For on-line, my frustrations include the unwelcomed automatic preview play, the previous voice that announced every move you made with the remote and not knowing when programs (specially series) will disappear and be no longer available.”
