So, I'm not living with my boyfriend, but am spending a fair amount of time over there and he here. So to be able to see the same series there as I watch from home and vice versa, we decided to do a Netflix account and add an extra member. Lo and behold our frustration when we can't see each other's profiles on our own TV. This is ridiculous. We're paying for it, yet aren't able to use it!

Too many pop-ups for new shows, and the library of content is getting smaller. I can't find anything to watch, and the constant price hikes make it not worth it anymore

why not put info at the beginning of the show about scenes of sex between people of the same gender to inform viewers. many programs i needed to stop because i was not informed of that, i am not obliged to watch that, but limited in the number of shows i paid for.

New UK format is vast downgrade The My List function on Netflix was vastly easier to use than Prime. One could quickly page through my list, jumping down five shows at a time. Netflix just replaced this easy to use format by copying Prime. Now you have to page horizontally on one row. It scrolls slowly and takes a long time to get through a large list. If you go too far, it goes back to the beginning, but you can't scroll back. So you have to go through the list again. Also, if you delete a show, it goes back to the beginning of the list, rather than to the place where the show was removed. This means you have to start from the beginning of the list and spend a long time scrolling back to where you were in the list. This can take over 30 seconds per deletion with a list of 50 or more shows. It seems that Netflix did not have anyone test their new format and compare it to the old one. It's vastly less efficient. It wastes extensive customer time. Netflix used to be far easier to use than Prime. But for some reason, they copied the horrible, time wasting Prime format. Why? Others have complained that the show highlighted on the new My List takes up half the space. Now you can only see 4 shows on the list at a time. Before you could see 15 or 20. I don't understand how an otherwise good company could make such a poorly thought out decision. They should have gotten feedback from customers before implementing a severe reduction in customer service and utility.

The fight for Tyson and Jake no one could watch it kept kicking out our kept buffering even when the tv was hooked up straight to Internet. What a rip off

Just went to watch netflix on my TV and a message appeared saying this device will no longer be compatible for Netflix from the 24th July so i rang Netflix and they said that was correct and i needed to purchase a newer TV to receive netflix what a joke when my TV is working fine why would i go out and buy a new TV when i don't need one total rip off cancelled straight away

Stupid ass Netflix only lets you watch on 2 profiles at once, I have 3 people in my house. They want you to pay 8 bucks more to just be able to use another profile, on the account we already pay for. Insane this company is still in business.

So I pay for the adds package. In the last 3 months. The adds have doubled and now the price is being raised. Even though they get payed for each and every single add. Also not only have the adds doubled by the time of the adds have tripled. I spend more time watching adds now then my 20min episode.

VERY POOR COSTUMER CARE. My account was hacked, all my details changed. Manage to restore my account but now Ntflix force me to pay for a more expensive plan I do not want to, I did not ask for, arguing that my plan is not longer available, but also confirming that if my account wasn't hacked then definetly I could have been able to keep my plan. Not my fault if the platform is not secured enough. They suggest as solution: close my account.

Tried to find information about advertising on supported Ads on Netflix. Called Customer service (Tina claimed to be a supervisor) and got no help and the agents would not take my question up the ladder to a manager that might have an answer to my question. Very disappointing these foreign agents are like robots and could not even take a question they dont have an answer for to a manager. Just terrible service really. If they don't have an answer for something they should shoot a message up the corporate ladder and get an answer and then get back to the customer. Terrible terrible foreign agents. They need to bring customer service back to the United States to a person that can understand the questions being asked.

They do not have a lot of selection anymore. They advertise to share your account and then stop it. Talk about going back on what you share. Makes it hard for your teenager you are still paying for that is in college to watch. Very glitchy now and just showing lack of care.

Have asked many times for a filter so we can only watch movies in English. No luck . Almost all new movies are not in English. Has become a total joke.

I have not been able to access Netflix on my TV for 4 days. When I have spoken with tech support and given them the error codes all they say is that the technicians are working on the problem and they will send me an email when it's fixed. 4 days - ridiculous that it takes that long to solve this problem!
