How can you put a movie that disrespects our Lord Jesus Christ on your platform ?? 150 people to cancel their membership for now and many more people around the world to cancel their membership. Please move must be removed immediately

Netflix. My experience with their customers security gets a 0 out of 10. Last month on the 27th my account was hacked. Email address and password were changed by the hacker preventing me from accessing my account. I called customer support and immediately asked them to cancel my account, which they actioned immediately. I also asked them specifically to ensure my credit card was not billed going forward. Unbeknown to me, the hacker was merely able to reinstate the account. Netflix failed to protect my interests. On the first of December my card was billed despite my cancellation. More interestingly, the payment showed the payment was made from Sweden in Swedish Krone. Both Netflix and my credit card company did not notice this, and obviously Netflix happily accepted the funds. I called Netflix today to complain. Long story short, after many animated word from me, Netflix refused to refund me my money. I will be calling my credit card company to report the fraud and request the refund. Should any of you get caught in a similar position the correct procedure is this:- 1) Have Netflix send you a change of email request. 2) Have Netflix sent you a password reset request. 3) Have Netflix remove your credit card information from your account. 4) If you wish to retain your account then no further action is required. Otherwise cancel your account. Overall this has been very disappointing. Netflix should be ashamed of their customer's security. Be careful when subscribing to services with reoccurring credit card payments.

Netflix has seriously declined in the last few years. I called 5 times and asked to speak to a manager and they give you a runaround. It is a very shady company. They said a DVD was enroute to me over a week ago and I still haven't gotten it yet. They keep sending me to their DVD department and it is always closed. Years ago they used to be so helpful. Not anymore!! Do NOT go with Netflix!!! It is a scam!!!

Netflix Canada is a complete Joke and it seems to have gotten worse over the past year. Don’t bother trying to watch a tv series because it takes Netflix as least a year to add another season. I have also noticed that a lot of foreign series and movies have been added, like a lot. I understand the need for variety for People but when the majority of content being added is not in English, That is really frustrating. Considering going somewhere for streaming.

Netlix will cheat you again and again. Never go netflix. Its a fraud company, once you have entered the card details, they will make sure that billing never stop. Even if you have cancelled your subscription. Never think of trying netflix. They will suck all your money.

Netflix is multi billion RIP OFF all the movies are old, forien, low bigget, no one wants to watch that stuff have to wait for a whole season to end to add the episodes I scroll threw for an hour and decide to just watch the locals channels cuz it's the same stuff over an over it's just sorry the billions you take from people at least put on new movies add TV episodes the day after they air on TV come on now I had enough I been I customer for years I'm deactivate my account step your game up Netflix

Thought that Netflix would be better than this. The menu system is a total mess. It needs organising into specific genres such as Sci fi, western, thrillers etc. Instead, everything is just chucked in together and it would help a lot if when you moved the selection over a particular program the title and details were displayed. Then I would not have to click on the thing only to find that I am not interested. Then when I go back to the main menu I find that I am back at the start again. It is rubbish and I am fed up with Netflix
