“First time using and had trouble with the tear off tops on 2 of the 5 gels I took for a long run. Very frustrating and had to stop mess with the top because no fluid would come out. Not something I would want to mess around with during a race.”

Sorry you are having trouble Nicholas. It is important to tear across the package, and not upward. It sounds like you are tearing upward and not where the aperture is. If you tear across the package, it will work. Have a nice day!

“Goes down easily .... and easy on the gut .... hard to open on the run and very sticky ... always all over my hands.... cant wait for the no flavor flavor ....”

Hi Heidi! Thank you for taking the time to write this message. We're glad our products goes down easily and easy on the gun. With the gel consistency it can be very sticky since our gels are more liquid and usually have less of a gel-like consistency. For opening, we are in the process of making it more easier to open still but you could always cut a very small bit off or try opening it in a fast motion straight across to make it easier to use during your runs. “This was my first order with Neversecond. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I ordered the gel and drink mix trial kits to sample the flavors. They taste great and sat well in my stomach during my training runs! I’ve struggled with finding fuel sources that sit well with me during my ultramarathons and I’m excited to see how these perform as the race progresses. Thank you for a great product!”

“I really like your products and I am a big fan overall. The colours, the ingredients, the packaging, the taste, the shipping speed - that is great and gives me the feeling that I found the right nutrition partner for my upcoming trail ultra races. However, my last order was damaged and packages where leaking, that's why I dont want to give the full rating. The customer support indeed was great!”

“I feel Neversecond is the bestsupplement on the market. I was introduced to it at last years BWR Cave Creek dn have been using it ever since. It mixes easy and goes down easy. With the 3 scoop in the water bottle & one energy gel give me the 100 carbohydrates an hour I need.”

“The most reliable, nutritious and delicious endurance nutrition I tried. So far, I’ve been able to consume Neversecond gels, bars and carb powders in various circumstances and types of activities, ranging from a trail run at -5 degrees Celsius to a half-IronMan distance and a full Marathon in +25-30 degrees. Zero side effects, gastro issues. Highly recommend!”
