“Correct light unit dispatched and received within scheduled delivery period. No transit damage and unit has been fitted. Only slight issue was absence of the bulb holder which also needed replacing, found on e bay. Company comment is they are focused on car crash spares so little demand for these items. Would have been good to know when purchased but would use them again to buy ad hoc parts for my Golf.”

“Very quick delivery however they sent me the completely wrong part. Called them up and they had someone come round and swap it first this the next morning! Good service, would recommend :)”

“Parts arrived quickly, really reasonably priced. Only criticism, states you will receive and email to say when parts have been dispatched. Didn’t receive this so nearly missed delivery needed for an urgent job.”

“We ordered a part on Saturday, hoping it would arrive Tuesday as they suggested it may be. We were dubious because this part seemed to be out of stock and on back order everywhere, or we had to pay twice as much for it elsewhere. So we half expected an email to say we’d have to wait. No communication at all even though their confirmation email said we’d get a dispatch email. But it turned up Tuesday! So, very pleased we got it, but gave 4 stars only because no communication past the order confirmation, which isn’t a big deal but worth a mention. :)”

“Called to enquiry about the item I was looking to purchase. Woman on the end of the phone very polite and helpful. Yet to receive my item or an email confirmation regarding dispatch but it was ordered on Thursday so I appreciate it may not arrrive until Tuesday/Wednesday.”

“I was not impressed with the lack of communication regarding my order as I did not get a reply to my 2 emails that I sent. I am, however, very impressed with the quality of the bumper that they sent me and I guess that is the most important thing. I would order from New Vehicle Parts again in the future.”
