“Prompt delivery arrived the following morning, Disappointed in the bumper, Parts shown when you order from the Internet show various other parts in the picture but only the bumper arrived, why show other parts when you don't get them more so if you need them, parts only getting fitted next week.”

“The new headlight unit being aftermarket was obviously never going to be the same as the OEM unit it replaced but was still at a very high quality and fitted well. The main thing that stood out from newvehicleparts was the speed of delivery I ordered at 4:30pm and the courier was at my door a domestic address by 8:00am the next morning so was able to MOT the vehicle that day. I am very impressed by the service.”

“Ordered r/hand door mirror for my Peugeot Boxer as website listed it fitting my model and year. When came it was a manual mirror with electrics to adjust. No problem, spoke to supplier who agreed to collect and refund cost, which was done within 24 hours. Only gripe was deducted original postage charge when fault was their incorrect description on website.”

“The parts themselves are of good quality and just what it said they were. The only thing that let them down was delivery. They state next day delivery. However, it took 3 days after I had an email saying they would be with me that day. Also they charge a delivery fee on each item even though they came in the same box?”
