Quick to take money, and a fast service! Although poor when it comes to a return, emailed 2 times no reply..

Ordered 2 headlight units for my carhaving to send them back. Faulty, indicators have a mind of there own and dipped headlights,terrible and cannot use leveller inside of car.for the amount of money paid should be very good. Bad batch???.

They sent me the wrong item and wouldn't do anything about it when I contacted them. I wanted a replacement heated door mirror for my Zafira. Their website showed they had one and the photo showed the back of the mirror, with the heater tracks on. The photo was exactly the same as the broken one I had, so it was clearly the right choice. However, when it arrived, the mirror wasn't the same as in the photo. It had no heater or connections on the back. I told them, and their response was a short email saying that they had no heated mirrors in stock. Since half the cost was postage, there was little point in arguing the case. Therefore I have temporarily put the mirror on while I source a proper heated mirror. When I get that, I'll put it on, and chuck the unheated one in the bin.

I ordered a mk1 focus sill and when its arrived, it is bent out of shape and has split in the top corner. I am waiting to find out whether the part is usable before sending it back.

The part arrived really quickly etc and this review would’ve been five stars. However they have put a photo of LH rear light but description as RH and visa versa. If they had used same photo for both, I would’ve assumed generic photo but as they didn’t, I assumed photo was right. Now I have to pay for return. Fuming.

Wrong item sent, Hence not particularly impressed .Requested wing mirror for 2008 Ford Fusion, received one for a 2002/5 Fusion. Wrong shape and wrong electrical contacts. Am sending item back hoping for correct replacement if money back including postage. Also package contained a letter obviously from a previous customer who also received this exact wrong part. Strange just checked your order and its for fusion 2002 to 2005 so item been ordered incorrectly we are not at fault

provide a returns facility on web site for return of parts not as wanted, do not reply to requests on internal request page

Nothing wrong with the part. But it was incorrectly addressed and therefore mis-delivered. it took me 2 hours to track down the parcel, with no assistance from your company. An apology would have rectified the matter and made this complaint unnecessary. Poor customer service.

I had a notification that the part had arrived. The photos in the notification were not of my property. Phoned them to find out where they had sent my parts. Was told they would look in to it and come back. Never heard back from them. Eventually found out where the parts had gone. To an address similar to mine in the road and only when the people had come back from holiday. Quick despatch, but take care on getting the address correct!

I placed my order on a Tuesday morning and hadn't received it by Friday so I emailed to find out what was going on and they'd basically just forgotten to dispatch it. They dispatched it Friday with Royal Mail so I received it the following Monday. That's a ridiculously long wait when I'd paid £10 for next day delivery. I got a mediocre apology but no offer of a refund for postage.

I placed the order on 30th December but till date I haven't received any email in regards to my order. Perhaps an automated mailing system could be implemented to notify customers on their orders soon as its been placed.

parts arrived in a single layer of shredded bubble wrap...panel bent and dented. due to time constraints we have had to use it anyway.

Pictures of parts ie right hand lights are shown on the left and likewise left hand parts shown on the right ,why not use the normal near side and offside
